From Ulcinj Valdanos -Empty baskets a message to authorities

On Monday, the board for return of property in Valdanos and the association of olive growers of Ulcinj organised a protest walk from the building of the Municipal Assembly to Valdanos, because of the add for investors for the construction of hotel capacities in Valdanos and announced tender for awarding a long-term concession of this bay. A large number of locals joined the olive growers, as well as members of the local non-governmental organisations.
The protestors carried empty baskets as a symbol of disappearance of olives from this area. One of the goals of the walk is to inform the potential investors that court disputes for the return of land in Valdanos are in progress.
