He expressed his expectation that other services and tourist offer of Ulcinj would follow beaches, which are, by far, the best thing this town has at this point.
“This season is weaker than the previous one by some 30 percent. However, I believe that my investment would result with a significant income some day for the company, as well as with the return of Ulcinj to the map as one of the top-destination in Europe and beyond”, Delic says.
His complaints have to do with the increase of prices for lease, taxes and communal services.
“All prices went up and we are forced to keep our prices on the level from the last year.
Nevertheless, I do believe there will be a consensus around these questions and create conditions for all the interested parties to be satisfied”, Delic concludes.
