Budva – In order to attract as many tourists as possible from the neighboring Serbia, which were once our most loyal guests, to come to the metropolis of tourism, the hotel & tourism company (HTP) “Budvanska Rivijera” initiated the campaign with discount prices exclusively for partners from Serbian market.

– HTP “Budvanska Rivijera” has decided to continue series of stimulating activities addressed to this year’s tourists. We have launched the campaign directed primarily at Serbian market, our partners, tour-operators “Kontiki”, “Jolly Travel”, “Sab”, but also at all individual tourists who decide to spend their summer vacation here. As far as families with children are concerned, we have arranged free hotel accommodation for one child not older than 12 years, and parents will pay 70% less for the other child also under the age of 12 – PR of HTP, Tijana Kotarac said.

She expects this campaign to bear fruit, announcing series of similar activities by the end of summer.

“Our company will spring new surprises during this year and we hope that we will set an example. At the moment, there are nearly 1.500 tourists in our hotels. In the tourist settlement “Slovenska Plaza” there is about 1000 tourists, while hotels “Aleksandar” and “Palas” have 250 tourists each. We expect that occupancy rates will improve during June. In the hotel “Aleksandar” we hope for full occupancy at the beginning of June” – Kotarac noted.

Having in mind last year’s business results, Kotarac said that they will be satisfied if the number of guests from Serbia is the same as last year.

“In case there are more of them, we will be even more pleased. There were 12 thousand tourists from Serbia in our hotels last year” – Kotarac informed.

According to information of the Tourism Organization of Budva, there were 130 thousand tourists at Budva Riviera during last year, which is one third of the total number of registered tourists in Montenegro.
