The analyses of the locations of Rose-Dobrec and Stari grad Ulcinj, which were adopted by the Government in a session on Thursday, October 1, create conditions for investments worth over EUR 320m.
Branimir Gvozdenovic, Minister of Physical Planning and Environment Protection, said that the adoption of these studies prepares the conditions for the beginning of construction in these locations next year. He added that these studies include the assessment of influence on the environment, the urban-technical conditions and the economic elements.

U prvih sedam mjeseci Bosanci su bili drugi prema broju dolazaka i no?enja, poslije gostiju sa Kosova. Spasili su nas i Svicarci, Austrijanci i Talijani, ?iji masovni dolazak tek slijedi. Kao i svi oni s manjih tržišta odakle bilježimo rast, kao što su Poljska, Ukrajina,Ma?arska,?eska i Slovaci.

Turisti?ki hit ove godine je svakako Ulcinj. Ovaj grad bilježi 11 odsto ve?u posje?enost nego prošle godine.
Na ulcinjskoj rivijeri trenutno odmara oko 20.000 gostiju. Najviše gostiju ima iz susjedne Bosne i Hercegovine, a pristižu i iz drugih zemalja regiona i svijeta.
Turisti?ki poslenici trljaju ruke i utrkuju se da popustima i u septembru privuku što ve?i broj gostiju. CdM prenosi da se u privatnom smještaju krevet može na?i po cijeni od pet do 12 eura po ?emu se Ulcinj ne razlikuje od ostalih gradova. Ono što ga ipak ?ini... Vazhdo
