President of the Ulcinj municipality, Fatmir Djeka and representative of Turkish company, Polin, i.e. a daughter company in Montenegro, Ulcinj akva park&entertainment, Sahret Hajdarpasic, signed in Ulcinj the contract on construction of aqua park at Stoj, totaling EUR 7,5 m.
“Aqua town” will be built on nearly 25.000 m2 and the project will provide 80 new vacancies.
Djeka said the construction of the aqua town will provide Ulcinj more recognizable place at the planet’s tourist map.
– It will be one of the biggest aqua parks in the Balkans – Hajdarpasic said, adding that Polin will stick to deadlines and build an aqua town in Stoj before the season starts.
Polin rented land in Stoj at Ulcinj for the next 30 years.
