Half of Montenegro can be supplied by UlcinjTranslated by Anida Resulbegu

Montenegrin government has recently signed an agreement with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). This document is related with the period from 2015 to 2019, and it also represents the starting point for helping agricultural and rural development.

It is interesting to note that the experts from international organizations with headquarters in Rome in the early eighties of the last century have done analysis which showed that fertile fields of Ulcinj can produce food for about 350 thousand people, or for more than half the population of Montenegro.
