ITB International Tourism Fair, 4-8 March, is being held in Berlin, where The Tourist organization of Ulcinj is taking part in the stand of the National Organization of Montenegro, along with other organizations from Budva, Tivat, Cetinje, and Podgorica.
The total number of visitors reaches 180.000, 130,000 being professionals in the field of tourism, including more than 10,000 exhibitors from 180 countries of the world. This attendance makes the ITB the cornerstone of meetings and signed contracts.
The Delegation of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism is guided by the State Secretary, Predrag Jelusic, and the General Director of NTO – National Tourism Organization, Zeljka Radak.
The above-mentioned, will meet representatives of the media, representatives of the tourism sector, business sector, and a great deal of tour operators.
The tourism sector is presided by the Hotel Corporation ‘ Ulcinjska Rivijera’ , along with hotels like
Hotel ‘Palata Venezia’, ‘Ortant’ , and ‘Albatros’. The representatives will have the chance to give the first – hand information to a large number of partners and interested participants.
The first three days are scheduled for industry representatives and the other two are meant to be open days for public.
Our tourist offer will be presented on March 5th within *Salon Danube * *, which is foreseen to gather a great deal of industry representatives and the representatives of the media.
Germany is one of the most important markets worldwide, with over 60 million trips on an annual level. The very last year, Ulcinj was visited by 5,024 tourists from Germany, who made a total of 30.827 overnight stays.
