Historia e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e shkruajtur nga reporterja spanjolle e TVE-s\u00eb, tashm\u00eb i shtohet historis\u00eb s\u00eb romancierit t\u00eb madh, n\u00eb lidhje t\u00eb fort\u00eb me pjes\u00ebn shqiptare dhe me shpikjen e personazhit t\u00eb Dulqinj\u00ebs, por q\u00eb realisht ishte qyteti fantastik i Ulqinit, mbushur me tregtar\u00eb dhe pirat\u00eb?! Sigurisht ju jepet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ditur edhe t\u00eb rinjve t\u00eb sot\u00ebm, se Servantes apo babai i gjuh\u00ebs t\u00eb literatur\u00ebs spanjolle &#8211; lidhet me trevat shqiptare dhe Ballkanin?! Kush e lidh kaq fort? Sigurisht qyteti ku ka qen\u00eb i burgosur, apo Ulqini! Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb kapur rob mbas betej\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe t\u00eb Lepantos. Natyrisht q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rast\u00ebsi pse emri i qytetit n\u00eb bregun e Adriatikut shqiptar, p\u00ebrputhet me emrin Dulqine &#8211; e dashura e p\u00ebrjetshme p\u00ebr Don Kishotin?! Servantes p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr, thoshte kur e prezantoi p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb se ishte \u2013 harmonioz, sh\u00ebtit\u00ebs dhe sinjikativ, duke dashur q\u00eb t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb se personazhi enigmatik \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7se nj\u00eb vend. Pra nj\u00eb mish\u00ebrim i nj\u00eb ngjarje reale t\u00eb ndodhur. Pra &#8211; pa lidhje me nj\u00eb katundare tipikisht e till\u00eb si n\u00eb roman. Ky rast n\u00eb fakt, ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e madhe t\u00eb personazhit vend \u2013 dhe Servantesit t\u00eb burgosur dhe t\u00eb jetuar atje. Nj\u00eb persona q\u00eb jetoi i dal\u00eb nga sallonet e Madridit dhe kortet episkopale, por dhe luftrat e tij t\u00eb pafata. Kurse ne, me t\u00eb tilla ambicje t\u00eb jetuara dhe shkruara bukur nga Servantes, kemi kuptuar dhe kavalier\u00ebt e luajtur m\u00ebndsh dhe t\u00eb dal\u00eb kohe \u2013 duke u inspiruar apo p\u00ebrjetuar dhe n\u00eb vet\u00ebt tona. K\u00ebt\u00eb ka dashur t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gazetarja dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ka sqaruar mir\u00eb dhe Ulqinin me Dulqin\u00ebn?! N\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, kush nuk e di at\u00eb vend \u2013 sidomos kush shkon atje p\u00ebr ta par\u00eb?!<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00e7far\u00eb lidh \u201cShoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile shqiptare\u201d me \u201cDulqin\u00ebn e Toboz\u00ebs\u201d?<\/p>\n<p>Sigurisht q\u00eb e lidh kauza e madhe e v\u00ebndit dhe dashuris\u00eb s\u00eb humbur t\u00eb Servantesit?! Shoq\u00ebria civile e jona dhe dje n\u00eb protest\u00ebn kund\u00ebr \u201cplehrave\u201d nuk ka humbur \u201cDulqin\u00ebn e Toboz\u00ebs\u201d q\u00eb shkruan Servantesi, at\u00eb fshataren e kolme, q\u00eb i dukej si nj\u00eb fisnike e praruar?! Shoq\u00ebria civile e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e romanit t\u00eb madh spanjoll dhe njeriut romancier nga ky vend q\u00eb njohin m\u00eb shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt!<\/p>\n<p>Ajo ka humbur si dashuri vendin apo Ulqinin &#8211; nga ka marr\u00eb emrin dhe Dulqina?! Si e paska humbur Ulqinin shoq\u00ebria civile e jona? Ulqini ka humbur nga trojet shqiptare q\u00eb n\u00eb 1880-t\u00ebn nga kongresi i Berlinit, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb dikush?! Po e drejt\u00eb \u2013 por modeli i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile sigurisht te ne ky \u00ebsht\u00eb! Pik\u00ebrisht modeli q\u00eb shkruan historin\u00eb e m\u00eb vonshme (at\u00eb t\u00eb 1880-t\u00ebs) si t\u00eb ishte Dulqina dhe kjo lloj dashurie dhe jo Ulqini i rrethuar dikur me topa nga uji, dhe ushtar\u00eb turq, e malazez nga t\u00eb tre an\u00ebt me shqiptar\u00ebt e shkret\u00eb n\u00eb mes?! Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb filozofike dhe e komplikuar jo! Biles \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb. Ne sot kemi nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri civile q\u00eb reagon sigurisht p\u00ebr gj\u00ebra dhe probleme t\u00eb drejta, por q\u00eb nuk ka dashurin\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ose Ulqinin, at\u00eb q\u00eb na mor\u00ebn, q\u00eb ishte jona si tok\u00eb dhe njer\u00ebz? Jo \u201cShoq\u00ebria Civile\u201d jona del p\u00ebr dashurin\u00eb inekzistente p\u00ebr fshataren e bukur t\u00eb don Kishotit \u2013 q\u00eb sigurisht e shpik Servantesi. N\u00eb rastin ton\u00eb politika dikur n\u00eb 2011-t\u00ebn dhe sot n\u00eb 2016-t\u00ebn?! Ajo nuk paraprin dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndar\u00eb aspak nga pjesa e grumbullit politik. B\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb, sillet si ky grumbull, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon gjithmon\u00eb Dulqin\u00ebn e Toboz\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb te ne ik\u00ebn vazhdimisht \u2013 Ulqini?! Besoj se jam i qart\u00eb? Por p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb akoma m\u00eb t\u00eb dallueshme dhe fajin e madh, duhet ditur qart\u00eb se kush p\u00ebrfiton prej saj! Sigurisht q\u00eb jan\u00eb edhe ato pjes\u00eb grupesh q\u00eb interesin e kan\u00eb kund\u00ebr nj\u00ebri tjetrit. Po, q\u00eb kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb para sa n\u00eb opozit\u00eb dhe pozit\u00eb. Q\u00eb luftojn\u00eb p\u00ebr interesa mes tyre nj\u00ebra pal\u00eb se do t\u00eb ndyj\u00eb (b\u00ebj\u00eb pis) dhe fitoj\u00eb dhe tjetra se do t\u00eb pastroj\u00eb dhe fitoj\u00eb dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb dy p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb?! Hahaha &#8211; dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb kjo lloj shoq\u00ebrie donshikoteske \u2013 e b\u00ebn model betejash q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb humbura keqas n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. E b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Dulqin\u00ebs s\u00eb Toboz\u00ebs, p\u00ebr faqe t\u00eb zez\u00eb dhe jo me talentin e Servantesit?!<\/p>\n<p>Ne p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, nuk kemi as shoq\u00ebri civile. E kemi \u201cToboziane\u201d dhe jo realisht Ulqinake! Sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsore dhe nganj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paguar. Po, dhe shpesh her\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuar politikisht?!<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00eb, por k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb mbeten \u201cDulqine e Toboz\u00ebs\u201d si nj\u00eb model i shpikur, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos treguar realisht aventur\u00ebn e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe dashurin\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb humbur realisht.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu gjithmon\u00eb do t\u00eb luhet me t\u00eb, do t\u00eb pretendohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb, dhe do t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohet pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitim me t\u00eb. E kjo sigurisht nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mir\u00eb dhe kur kan\u00eb nj\u00eb kauz\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb \u2013 qoft\u00eb dhe e drejt\u00eb. Jo aspak nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe nuk do t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahje t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb popullore \u2013 sepse Don Kishotin sigurisht ato q\u00eb e kan\u00eb lexuar dhe jan\u00eb thelluar e kan\u00eb kuptuar. Nuk mund t\u00eb luftosh me mullinjt\u00eb me er\u00eb dhe as t\u00eb b\u00ebsh kalor\u00ebsin e arratisur \u2013 por t\u00eb k\u00ebrkosh Ulqinin dhe realitetin e plot\u00eb me gjith\u00eb fajet dhe t\u00eb mirat e tij. Kjo po q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shoq\u00ebri civile, e pa konsumuar, pa komplekse, pa parti brenda, pa rekorde bashk\u00ebjetese me korrupsionin politik dhe moral n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. K\u00ebsaj lloj shoq\u00ebrie civile pastaj i shkojn\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz af\u00ebr dhe n\u00eb protest\u00eb \u2013 p\u00ebrndryshe?!
