Kosov?s zotni Shkelzen Rizaj pretendon se do t? ket nje fluks te fuqishem te shqiptarve Kosovar per ne Ulqin.Rizaj tha gjithashtu qe prej muajit korik jan te organizuar 50 autobus ne dite per destinacionin Kosove \u2013 Ulqin.Rizaj pretendon njesoj se pritet te hapet lidhja me ajroplan Prishtin-Podgoric dhe Prishtin \u2013 Tivat ku njerzit nga Kosova do te levizin ma shpejt ne destinacione te ndryshme.<br \/>\nNumri i turisteve ne Ulqin, gjate ketij sezoni veror, q? sapo ka filluar, pritet te shkoje ne 150 mije persona.<br \/>\nRreth 80 % e turisteve pritet te vijne nga viset e Kosoves, dhe 20 % nga Bosna dhe Hercegovina, Maqedonise dhe viseve te tjera te ish jugoslavis,dhe nga vende te ndryshme te Europes, te cilet priten te frekuentojne zonat tona turistike bregdetare te Ulqinit.<br \/>\n&#8220;Me e rendesishmja qe parashikohet per kete vit eshte levizja e flukseve turistike te shqiptar?ve nga Kosova dhe diaspora. Kete vit dhe gjitha zonat e tjera turistike do te jene plot per tre-kater muaj&#8221;,- tha nj? biznismen shqiptar me repytacion t? madhe ne Zvicer.<br \/>\nAj shprehet se &#8220;jane te gjitha shenjat qe ne sezonin turistik te ketij viti te kete edhe nje permiresim cilesor te trajtimit te turisteve&#8221;.<br \/>\nArsyet e shtimit te numrit te turisteve, sipas tij, jane permiresimi i promocionit qe i behet Ulqinit ne fushen e turizmit, per shkak te kontakteve te shumta te organizuar dhe &#8220;lidhjet relativisht te shumta qe kane vendosur tashme agjencite turistike shqiptare me &#8216;tur operatoret&#8217; evropiane dhe me agjencite turistike evropiane&#8221;, ku jane paraqitur guida me pamjet te ndryshme te zonave turistike.<br \/>\n&#8220;Turizmi eshte sektori me i studiuar ne Ulqin ., por sipas specialisteve turizmi ka nevoje per nje mbeshtetje me te forte dhe perkrahje te gjitheanshme ne menyre qe te permiresohet infrastruktura e Ulqinit.<br \/>\nEshte karakteristike se nje numer te konsiderueshem te lokaleve turistike- hoteliere, e sidomos restorantet, edhe ate ne zonat me te kerkuara, si? eshte Rana (Plazhi i qytetit) dhe Plazhi i Madh, i kane marre me qira shqiptare t? Kosoves, per te punuar gjate stines se veres.<br \/>\nNe saje te prodhimtarise se madhe bujqesore ne fshatrat e Ulqinit, tregu i pemeve dhe perimeve eshte i furnizuar mire. Pengesa me e madhe ne kete qytet eshte mungesa e hapesirave te duhura per te parkuar veturat, qe nuk mjaftojne as per parkimin e automjeteve te ketushme vendase e lere me te turisteve tha ner mes tjerash Drejtori i q?ndres turistike t?
