Por n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje parlamentare t\u00eb parakohshme, q\u00eb po zhvillohen pas nj\u00eb pakti pozit\u00eb-opozit\u00eb (kur u miratua Kushtetuta nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, por dhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs ekonomike n\u00eb vend, shqiptar\u00ebt rrezikojn\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb Parlamentin e ri t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, pasi klasa politike shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb n\u00eb 7 parti politike, ku 6 prej tyre jan\u00eb n\u00eb gar\u00eb elektorale. Kjo situat\u00eb, kur votat e 30 mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi shp\u00ebrndahen n\u00eb 6 parti, rrezikon q\u00eb asnj\u00ebra t\u00eb mos e kaloj\u00eb pragun prej 2500 votash q\u00eb i duhet nj\u00eb partie p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb nj\u00eb deputet, sipas rregullit proporcional. Procesi Qendrat e votimit n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi jan\u00eb hapur q\u00eb n\u00eb or\u00ebn 8 t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit, kur kan\u00eb pritur votuesit e par\u00eb. Pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb trevat ku jetojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, krahasuar me votimin p\u00ebr referendumin mbi ndarjen e Malit t\u00eb Zi nga Serbia duket shum\u00eb m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl.<br \/>\nNga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat jozyrtare deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 17 t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb djeshme, n\u00eb Ulqin kishin votuar vet\u00ebm 18% e zgjedh\u00ebsve, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb or\u00ebn 21 t\u00eb gjitha qendrat e votimit n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi u mbyll\u00ebn. Votimet kan\u00eb vazhduar normalisht n\u00eb 59 qendrat ku votojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, ve\u00e7 disa p\u00ebrplasjeve t\u00eb izoluara mes simpatizant\u00ebve.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr\u00e7arja Shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje, duke rrezikuar q\u00eb z\u00ebri i tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet n\u00eb Parlamentin e ardhsh\u00ebm. Sapo kalon pik\u00ebn e kalimit kufitar t\u00eb Muriqanit, n\u00eb fshatin e par\u00eb t\u00eb populluar nga shqiptar\u00ebt, n\u00eb Kryth, v\u00ebrehet qart\u00eb gara midis shtabeve elektorale q\u00eb organizohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme. E nj\u00ebjta situat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe n\u00eb qendr\u00ebn e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit. N\u00eb zyrat e \u00e7do partie jan\u00eb ngritur shtabet elektorale dhe \u00e7do parti shprehet optimiste p\u00ebr fitore. Bie n\u00eb sy se n\u00eb gjitha shtabet elektorale t\u00eb partive shqiptare, krahas flamurit partiak \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur edhe flamuri shqiptar, q\u00eb duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00ebja e vetme e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt e tyre. Deklaratat duke folur p\u00ebr gazet\u00ebn \u201cShqip\u201d, kandidat\u00ebt q\u00eb ndodhen n\u00eb krye t\u00eb listave t\u00eb partive shqiptare, shprehen se do t\u00eb ngren\u00eb z\u00ebrin p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, partit\u00eb faj\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn p\u00ebr p\u00ebr\u00e7arjet e krijuara.<br \/>\nT\u00eb gjitha pranojn\u00eb se, n\u00ebse shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb kishin dal\u00eb me m\u00eb pak parti, nuk do t\u00eb rrezikonin pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb Parlament. Kreu i Partis\u00eb Lidhja Demokratike e Shqiptar\u00ebve, Mehmet Bardhi, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb aktualisht deputet, thot\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi kan\u00eb shum\u00eb probleme p\u00ebr sa u p\u00ebrket t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb tyre. Sipas tij, territoret shqiptare q\u00ebllimisht po u shiten joshqiptar\u00ebve. \u201cKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr arsyet m\u00eb t\u00eb forta q\u00eb Lidhja Demokratike do t\u00eb punoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb\u201d, tha Bardhi.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa Armir Hollaj, kryetari i koalicionit shqiptar \u201cPerspektiva\u201d shprehet se shqiptar\u00ebt rrezikojn\u00eb t\u00eb mos marrin asnj\u00eb vend n\u00eb Parlament, p\u00ebr shkak se nuk arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb bashkoheshin, \u201cndaj dhe \u2018Perspektiva\u2019 lidhi koalicion\u00a0 me Alternativ\u00ebn Shqiptare, me q\u00ebllim bashkimin e votave, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb me k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje respektimin e t\u00eb drejtave tona n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00ebnkryetari i Partis\u00eb Unioni Demokratik i Shqiptar\u00ebve, nj\u00ebherazi kandidat p\u00ebr deputet, Meto Zeka, shprehet se \u00ebsht\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsi q\u00eb dol\u00ebn 6 parti n\u00eb gar\u00eb dhe nuk u arrit nj\u00eb koalicion i gjer\u00eb. \u201cRruga e Malit t\u00eb Zi p\u00ebr n\u00eb BE dhe NATO kalon te respektimi i pakicave.
