\nL.Gjeloshaj: <\/strong>Sa i p\u00ebrket k\u00ebsaj shkolle, jam i vetmi pun\u00ebtor n\u00eb historin\u00eb e saj q\u00eb punoj plot 40 vjet, por jam i bindur se k\u00ebt\u00eb do ta arrijn\u00eb edhe gjeneratat e ardhshme t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve, \u00e7ka u d\u00ebshiroj me gjith\u00eb zem\u00ebr. N\u00eb karrier\u00ebn time tep\u00ebr t\u00eb gjat\u00eb punova 33 vjet si drejtor e 7 vjet si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs. Dua t\u00eb theksoj se edhe si drejtor kurr\u00eb nuk jam larguar nga roli i m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebsim t\u00eb rregullt apo n\u00eb aktivitetet e lira. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se pun\u00ebn e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e kam pasur m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrzem\u00ebrt. Gjat\u00eb karieres kam p\u00ebrjetuar v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi edhe k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi. Ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb pandara n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e njeriut, sepse \u00e7do v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb problem i cili kur zgjidhet shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi. \nL.Gjeloshaj:<\/strong> P\u00ebrve\u00e7 pun\u00ebs n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb kam pasur edhe angazhime t\u00eb tjera, sidomos prej vitit 1974-1986, kur isha kryetar i delegacioneve dhe an\u00ebtar i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb Lokale e m\u00eb von\u00eb edhe delegat i pun\u00ebs s\u00eb bashkuar n\u00eb Kuvendin Komunal si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i arsimit. Kam qen\u00eb edhe kryetar i Kuvendit t\u00eb Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb Vet\u00ebqeveris\u00ebse p\u00ebr Pun\u00ebsim.Gjat\u00eb vitit 1999 kam qen\u00eb i angazhuar si kryetar i K\u00ebshillit p\u00ebr Ndihm\u00eb Humanitare, refugjat\u00ebve nga Kosova. T\u00eb gjitha detyrat e p\u00ebrmendura i kam kryer jasht\u00eb orarit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb.

Edhe pse kemi punuar n\u00eb kushte t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, ve\u00e7oj vitin shkollor 1971\/72, kur seksionet tona shkollore, folklori, drama dhe kultura figurative mor\u00ebn vendin e par\u00eb n\u00eb gara komunale, n\u00eb konkurrenc\u00ebn e t\u00eb gjitha shkollave fillore dhe gjimnazit.\"shkolla
\nVite me radh\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit tan\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm n\u00eb punime letrare dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs figurativ, n\u00eb sport, n\u00eb folklor, n\u00eb ndihm\u00ebn e par\u00eb e siguri. N\u00eb garat komunale “\u00c7ka di p\u00ebr komunikacion” ekipi i shkoll\u00ebs son\u00eb, tri her\u00eb ka fituar vendin e par\u00eb.Nga t\u00eb gjitha garat, kuizet, manifestimet dhe takimet e ndryshme, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit tan\u00eb jan\u00eb kthyer me diploma, kupa, l\u00ebvdata dhe \u00e7mime. Duhet p\u00ebrmendur edhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen e seksionit t\u00eb dram\u00ebs n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e zonj\u00ebs Sahibe Hoxha n\u00eb Festivalin e Dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Teatrove, Mali i Zi – Tivar, n\u00eb prill t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, si e vetmja shkoll\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Nuk munguan as sukseset n\u00eb m\u00ebsime. Kjo shkoll\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb ka pasur nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb dalluar, 20 vitet e fundit krahas me p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e kushteve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur edhe kualiteti i m\u00ebsimit.

\nL. Gjeloshaj:<\/strong> Prej dit\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb q\u00eb fillova pun\u00ebn e kam v\u00ebrejtur se prind\u00ebrit tan\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim. N\u00eb fillim ka pasur probleme me shkollimin e vajzave pas klas\u00ebs s\u00eb kat\u00ebrt. Me angazhimin e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve kemi arritur q\u00eb ta zhdukim k\u00ebt\u00eb problem shum\u00ebvje\u00e7ar. K\u00ebshtu filluan hapat e par\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit me prind\u00ebrit. An\u00ebt prioritare t\u00eb k\u00ebtij bashk\u00ebpunimi jan\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e shkoll\u00ebs dhe familjes n\u00eb angazhimin e plot\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur sukses n\u00eb m\u00ebsim e sidomos n\u00eb pun\u00ebn edukative me nx\u00ebn\u00ebs. Me\"shkolla bashk\u00ebpunim reciprok t\u00eb gjith\u00eb korrin fitore: m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe prind\u00ebrit, sepse sigurohet kontinuiteti i jet\u00ebs familjare dhe shkollore, adaptimi m\u00eb i leht\u00eb i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr komunikim me familje t\u00eb strukturave t\u00eb ndryshme sociale dhe arsimore.
\nKoha javore: Me reform\u00ebn e re shkollore \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe shkolla jon\u00eb. Ku kemi arritur ne, si shkoll\u00eb, \u00e7`\u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe \u00e7ka duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb ende p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur sukses t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm dhe si e vlersoni ju pun\u00ebn e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve?

Pun\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve k\u00ebrkohet ngritja konstante profesionale, qoft\u00eb e organizuar apo individuale, p\u00ebrdorimi i metodave dhe m\u00ebnyrave t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb pun\u00ebs me t\u00eb cilat nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi b\u00ebhet subjekt n\u00eb procesin m\u00ebsimor, aft\u00ebsohet p\u00ebr pun\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur dhe jet\u00eb praktike. Pun\u00ebn e deritanishme t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve e vler\u00ebsoj n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi t\u00eb sukseshme.\"shkolla

Cilat jan\u00eb ato momente emocionale, prek\u00ebse, t\u00eb thuash p\u00ebrgatitore p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb jet\u00ebs si pensionist?

Gjeloshaj: <\/strong>Nuk e kam t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb largohem nga nj\u00eb institucion ku kalova pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs sime, t\u00eb ndahem nga koleg\u00ebt me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kam ndar\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebn dhe nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb cil\u00ebt aq i dua. Sa i p\u00ebrket periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb ardhme si pensionist nuk kam plane t\u00eb posa\u00e7me. Do t\u00eb b\u00ebj p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb t\u00eb jetoj nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb, normale, familjare dhe shoq\u00ebrore.
\nKoha javore: N\u00eb fund cili do t\u00eb ishte mesazhi juaj p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit?
