Nga ana e qeveris\u00eb u deklarua se prej saj nuk ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb plan p\u00ebr arritjen e nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje t\u00eb till\u00eb me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb. Ministria kroate u shpreh se n\u00ebnshkrimi i nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje t\u00eb till\u00eb ishte i pamundur, edhe p\u00ebr faktin se projekte t\u00eb k\u00ebtij lloji k\u00ebrkonin vite negociatash dhe planifikimesh paraprake. Gjithashtu, qeveria kroate mohoi shifr\u00ebn e publikuara n\u00eb mediat e saj, se centrali do t\u00eb kushtonte kat\u00ebr miliard\u00eb euro.
