N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb kapitalit shtet\u00ebror, kishin planifikuar q\u00eb e p\u00ebrjavshmja n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe \u201cKoha Javore\u201d n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen t\u00eb dal\u00eb nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb me vet\u00ebm kat\u00ebr faqe, si shtojc\u00eb e botimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs \u201cPobjeda\u201d.<br \/>\n<strong>ALARMI:<\/strong> Ky ishte alarm p\u00ebr redaktorin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs t\u00eb \u201cKoh\u00ebs Javore\u201d Ali Salaj q\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb skenar t\u2019i njoftoj\u00eb partit\u00eb politike shqiptare, K\u00ebshillin Nacional t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe Ministrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut dhe t\u00eb Pakicave n\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb e Malit t\u00eb Zi.<br \/>\n\u201cJu b\u00ebj thirrje q\u00eb t\u00eb reagoni n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standardet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe me parimet n\u00eb mbrojtjen e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs themelore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejta e informimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb garantuar me Kushtetut\u00eb dhe me Ligjin mbi t\u00eb drejtat e pakicave komb\u00ebtare\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb letr\u00ebn e Salajt t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 4 prill dhe shtohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u201cvendim t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm i cili do t\u00eb reflektohet negativisht n\u00eb informimin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi\u201d.<br \/>\nHapi i par\u00eb u nd\u00ebrmor nga vet\u00eb redaksia. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e saj refuzuan propozimin q\u00eb \u201cKoha Javore\u201d t\u00eb dal\u00eb para lexuesve m\u00eb 16 prill si shtojc\u00eb e \u201cPobjed\u00ebs\u201d.<br \/>\nReaksionet e partive shqiptare nuk munguan dhe ato do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledheshin n\u00eb dy fjali: \u201cMali i Zi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb diskriminim\u201d.<br \/>\nPastaj u rikthyen kujtesat. Me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin preteks (\u201cnuk ka para\u201d) u shua revista \u201cKoha\u201d, e cila doli nga vitet 1979 deri m\u00eb 1990 dhe shtojca n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb \u201cPolis\u201d.<br \/>\nFaktin se ndoshta \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb skenar e d\u00ebshmon edhe vendimi i paradokohsh\u00ebm i Televizionit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi q\u00eb edhe emisioni i tij i p\u00ebrjavsh\u00ebm nj\u00ebor\u00ebsh \u201cMozaiku 60\u201d t\u00eb mos quhet m\u00eb k\u00ebshtu. Pasi q\u00eb u shkurtua p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00ebn, ju nd\u00ebrrua edhe em\u00ebrtimi dhe quhet \u201cMozaik\u201d.<br \/>\nReaguan edhe organizatat joqeveritare shqiptare dhe intelektual\u00ebt e pavarur, diaspora nga SHBA-ja, diplomat\u00ebt e huaj. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ishin t\u00eb befasuar me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn sipas t\u00eb cil\u00ebs Mali i Zi i cili, si\u00e7 preferojn\u00eb t\u00eb deklarojn\u00eb krer\u00ebt e tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201coaz\u00eb e demokracis\u00eb multietnike n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor\u201d, tenton t\u00eb reduktoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shuaj\u00eb t\u00eb vetmen t\u00eb p\u00ebrjavshme n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<br \/>\nQytetar\u00ebt e Ulqinit deklaruan n\u00eb nj\u00eb anket\u00eb se ata jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb zellshmit n\u00eb pagimin e tatimit dhe se me Kushtetut\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar detyrimi q\u00eb t\u00eb financohet informimi n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebt e pakicave.<br \/>\nZyrtar\u00ebt malazez\u00eb u gjet\u00ebn t\u00eb befasuar. \u201cNe nuk dim\u00eb asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb.
