Po deri kur? Ajo p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn disa her\u00eb kemi shkruar prej vitesh \u201cgati sa nuk na doli nga dora\u201d p\u00ebr t\u2019u gjetur n\u00eb prag t\u00eb falimentimit.<br \/>\nMendja \u00ebsht\u00eb interpreti i ndjenjave t\u00eb popullit, udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesi i shtresave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe shp\u00ebrndar\u00ebsi i ideve. Po si mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet kjo n\u00ebse jo p\u00ebrmes mjeteve t\u00eb informimit, qofshin ato t\u00eb shkruara apo elektronike? N\u00eb qeverisjet e dhunshme e despotike, gazetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb mbetur gjithmon\u00eb ose rob\u00ebr ose servil\u00eb. Njer\u00ebzit e pen\u00ebs t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk shkruajn\u00eb dot si\u00e7 duan mbi ndjenjat dhe mendimet e mbar\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb i p\u00ebrngjajn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb rob\u00ebris\u00eb. Ndaj ata duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb edukuar n\u00eb fjal\u00ebt dhe sjelljet, t\u00eb past\u00ebr n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn dhe pen\u00ebn, ndryshe do t\u00eb b\u00ebhen shkak p\u00ebr d\u00ebme.Si gazetat ashtu edhe televizinonet duhet t\u00eb ruhen nga sh\u00ebrbimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar pasionet e personave, ata duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb pik\u00ebsynim orientimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn dhe realitetin e zhvillimeve t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie. P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto gazetari \u00ebsht\u00eb i ballafaquar me probleme t\u00eb ndryshme, q\u00eb p\u00ebr fatin ton\u00eb t\u00eb keq kontrollohet nga politika. Duke qen\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, sot \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb ushtrosh k\u00ebt\u00eb profesion n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur, t\u00eb paanshme e profesionale, p\u00ebr t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbyer shoq\u00ebris\u00eb e p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar akoma m\u00eb shum\u00eb shkall\u00ebn e demokracis\u00eb, sidomos n\u00eb vendet si\u00e7 jemi ne, ku liria e fjal\u00ebs t\u00eb ket\u00eb pesh\u00ebn e vet, pa pasur k\u00ebrc\u00ebnime fizike me t\u00eb cilat ballafaqohen gazetar\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm.<br \/>\nN\u00eb Dit\u00ebn Bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb Liris\u00eb s\u00eb Shtypit b\u00ebhen bilance t\u00eb trishta kur jepen raporte p\u00ebr gazetar\u00ebt viktima, p\u00ebr numrin e atyre q\u00eb u k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuan, u arrestuan e u sulmuan. Dikush p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi duke e ditur se nuk respektohen t\u00eb drejtat e gazetar\u00ebve q\u00eb vihen n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb ligjit, shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb vlerave t\u00eb njeriut, ndaj edhe jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik. \u00cbsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebhen publike shkeljet e liris\u00eb s\u00eb shtypit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ta kuptojn\u00eb politikan\u00ebt, biznesmen\u00ebt, se liria e gazetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e shtrenjt\u00eb, se ajo \u00e7on pesh\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri demokratike. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat tona gazetar\u00ebt e kan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb hapin tema t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme pa u etiketuar e pa marr\u00eb akuza t\u00eb ndryshme, pik\u00ebrisht nga ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb mbronin gazetar\u00ebt dhe gazetat. Shprehja e mendimit t\u00eb lir\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtetur mbi arsyet dhe normat etike paraqet hap t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, dhe kjo nuk l\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr presione ndaj mediave e gazetar\u00ebve, sidomos n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Gazetaria \u00ebsht\u00eb profesion me parime profesionale dhe si e till\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kuptohet nga ata q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb presion mbi gazetar\u00ebt. Dita e Liris\u00eb s\u00eb Shtypit \u00ebsht\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebse e opinionit q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me shkeljet e liris\u00eb s\u00eb shprehjes gj\u00eb q\u00eb duke iu referuar raportit shihet qart\u00eb pozita n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ndodh\u00ebn gazetar\u00ebt, sakrifikicat q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb ata p\u00ebr t\u2019i ofruar lexuesit e shikusit t\u00eb rejat q\u00eb ndodhin br\u00ebnda dit\u00ebs. Duke iu referuar k\u00ebsaj mund t\u00eb shikohet se cili nga vendet e bot\u00ebs respekton lirin\u00eb e fjal\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasqyruar shkall\u00ebn e demokracis\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sens edhe Mali i Zi nuk mund t\u00eb lavd\u00ebrohet shum\u00eb meq\u00eb organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e radhisin n\u00eb vendin e 78-t\u00eb, si vend ku pjs\u00ebrisht zbatohet liria e shtypit.<br \/>\nGazetari po n\u00ebn\u00e7mohet seriozisht, po shkat\u00ebrrohet ky profesion fal\u00eb atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb monopolet dhe ndikimet politike duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb si nj\u00eb zanat fare t\u00eb pasigurt. Dihet tashm\u00eb se veprimtaria e gazetarit nuk mund t\u00eb krahasohet me at\u00eb t\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve dhe politikan\u00ebve, megjithat\u00eb puna dhe veprimtaria e tyre mbetet e kontrolluar nga monopolet e tyre.
