\nTuz- Zyra e L\u00ebvizjes “Atdheu na Bashkon” -Komisioni p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut dhe Mbrojtjen e Pakicave Komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Tuz q\u00eb nga hapja ka kontaktuar me t\u00eb gjitha zyrat n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi q\u00eb merren me t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut dhe mbrojtjen e tyre.
\n“S\u00eb bashku me Zyr\u00ebn e hulumtuesit p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut n\u00eb Podgoric\u00eb, Aleksander Sasha Zekoviq jemi dakorduar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb dhe t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb n\u00eb realizimin dhe mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve tan\u00eb, si dhe kemi realizuar edhe disa projekte”, thot\u00eb Muhamed Gjokaj, duke njoftuar se kemi insistuar dhe insistojm\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi bashk\u00ebpunim edhe me OJQ-t\u00eb e tjera.
\nSipas tij, nga NAAC-u (K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptaro-Amerikan, zyra e t\u00eb cilit gjendet n\u00eb Podgoric\u00eb) \u00ebsht\u00eb pritur nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahje m\u00eb konkrete, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t`u bashk\u00ebngjitet atyre n\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat e panum\u00ebrta p\u00ebr lirimin e t\u00eb arrestuarve n\u00eb aksionin policor “Fluturimi i Shqiponj\u00ebs”, pastaj edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e ruajtjes s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs, kultur\u00ebs, identitetit etj.
\nGjokaj deklaron se ankesat e popullat\u00ebs shqiptare drejtuar k\u00ebsaj Zyre jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta.
\nN\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb ai p\u00ebrmend ankesat e familjar\u00ebve t\u00eb t\u00eb burgosurve n\u00eb aksionin policor, “Fluturimi i Shqiponj\u00ebs”, pastaj ankesat p\u00ebr mosfitimin e patentit t\u00eb shoferit me em\u00ebr dhe mbiem\u00ebr origjinal n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, si n\u00eb dokumentet tjera personale etj.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebtyre, Gjokaj shton se k\u00ebsaj Zyr\u00eb n\u00eb Tuz i jan\u00eb ankuar edhe malazez\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ankohen p\u00ebr prolongimin e proceseve gjyq\u00ebsore n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, q\u00eb po zgjasin me vite. “Ankesat e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb i jan\u00eb drejtuar k\u00ebsaj Zyr\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e raportit vjetor q\u00eb do t`i paraqiten organizmave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe administrat\u00ebs amerikane”, njofton Gjokaj, i cili thot\u00eb se q\u00eb nga hapja e Zyr\u00ebs kemi p\u00ebrkrahur k\u00ebrkesa legjitime t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Ulqinit n\u00eb lidhje me pronat n\u00eb Valdanos, pastaj kemi organizuar edhe konferenca p\u00ebr mediat, monitoruar proceset gjyq\u00ebsore, t\u00eb cilat mendojm\u00eb se jan\u00eb t\u00eb montuara.
\nZyra e Komisionit p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut dhe Mbrojtjen e Pakicave Komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Tuz \u00ebsht\u00eb e hapur p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb ndiejn\u00eb se t\u00eb drejtat e tyre jan\u00eb cunguar dhe i fton ata q\u00eb t\u00eb paraqiten.
\nKomisioni p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut dhe Mbrojtjen e Pakicave Komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Tuz \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur m\u00eb 4 prill t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti.
