For now, the only estimates that have not been verified, despite years of research.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The tender offer will be for former Ulcinj block 3 which was once controlled by Jugopetrol, which stretches almost from Petrovac, Ulcinj to the border with Albania and the secondary line Distribution of Montenegro to Italy. The surface of this basin is 4500 square kilometers, which will be fragmented into small blocks of which will be offered for part of the concession for the production of a part of the research. Concession for research awarded to two years, and production to a maximum of 30 years. If all goes according to plan, and commercial gas and oil reserves were confirmed, extraction could begin in four to five years. Agreement on the exploitation is expected to be sign by the end of the year, and for research much earlier &#8211; said Deputy Economy Minister Vladan Dubljevi?.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Oil companies from neighboring countries, and America and Russia, carefully listening to what happens in Montenegro, which, unlike neighbors &#8211; Albania, Italy, and Croatia &#8211; Reserve of their&#8221;black gold&#8221; did not touched .
