Ne, t\u00eb gjitha simotrave u d\u00ebrguam nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb dalim bashk\u00ebrisht n\u00eb zgjedhje, por nuk arriti asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje, u formua Koalicioni Lidhja Demokratike &#8211; Bashkimi Demokratik i Shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar e mbrojtur interesat komb\u00ebtare shqiptare\u201d, tha dit\u00ebn e enjete p\u00ebr KosovaLive kryetari i Lidhjes Demokratike n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi \/LD n\u00eb MZ\/, Mehmet Bardhi.<br \/>\n\u201cPushteti i instaluar n\u00eb Ulqin b\u00ebn veprime t\u00eb pakontrolluara p\u00ebr interesat e veta. Ulqini duhet t\u00eb vendos vet\u00eb p\u00ebr fatin e tij, e jo kryetari i komun\u00ebs t\u00eb jet\u00eb hije e Podgoric\u00ebs\u201d, mendon Bardhi.<br \/>\nAi shton se ky koalicion k\u00ebrkon rishqyrtimin e privatizimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve ekonomike dhe turistike t\u00eb Ulqinit, sepse \u201cforma e privatizimit t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj komune i ka t\u00eb gjitha karakteristikat okupuese. Qeverisja vendore e Ulqinit \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb grup militant\u00ebsh, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb ken\u00eb probleme shum\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr t\u00eb arsyetuar sundimin e tyre\u201d, thekson Bardhi.<br \/>\nNe, shton ai, k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb decentralizim t\u00eb pushtetit, meq\u00eb ndryshe Ulqini nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb jet\u00eb normale zhvillimi.<br \/>\nN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb frym\u00eb, Ali Doda, kryetar i Bashkimit Demokratik t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve, potencon se p\u00ebr\u00e7arja e elektoratit shqiptar shkon n\u00eb favor t\u00eb koalicionit n\u00eb pushtet. K\u00ebtu po krijohet nj\u00eb \u201ckast\u00eb feudo elektorale\u201d, konsideron Doda.<br \/>\nNd\u00ebrkaq, Hajrullah Hajdari, funksionar i lart\u00eb i LD n\u00eb MZ, kandidat p\u00ebr k\u00ebshilltar, thot\u00eb se ne jemi koalicioni i identitetit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar edhe i zhvillimit ekonomik.<br \/>\n\u201cQ\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1995, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur LD n\u00eb MZ ushtronte pushtetin n\u00eb Ulqin, miratuam Statutin e Komun\u00ebs, ku gjuha shqipe kishte nj\u00eb status dinjitoz, por me Statutin aktual, t\u00eb cilin e ka miratuar dy vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb Koalicioni \u201cP\u00ebr Ulqinin evropian\u201d, gjuha e popullat\u00ebs shumic\u00eb absolute, autoktone, pra ajo shqipe, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mjerueshme\u201d, n\u00ebnvizon Hajdari.<br \/>\nAi shton se n\u00eb vitin 2005, Kuvendi i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm vendor, miratoi vendimin mbi em\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebve dhe shesheve t\u00eb Ulqinit, por me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e nj\u00eb partie proserbe, Gjykata Kushtetuese e Malit t\u00eb Zi e rrezoi at\u00eb. Garnitura udh\u00ebheq\u00ebse e Ulqinit, e cila gjat\u00eb mandatit, tashm\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar 4 vje\u00e7ar, nuk pati guxim t\u00eb inicoj\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e nj\u00eb gjoja gabimi juridik.
