KNSH vler\u00ebson se mendimi i GjND-s\u00eb si Institucion ma i lart\u00eb i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, e vulosi p\u00ebrfundimisht, \u00a0luft\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb e t\u00eb mundimshme qindravje\u00e7are t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb saj, p\u00ebr liri e pavar\u00ebsi, q\u00eb solli \u00a0formimin e Shtetit \u00a0t\u00eb Pavarur t\u00eb \u00a0Kosov\u00ebs,\u00a0 dhe hap\u00eb rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr njohje t\u00eb reja t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs- shtet .<\/p>\n

Urojm\u00eb q\u00eb populli i Kosov\u00ebs dhe\u00a0 udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsia e\u00a0 saj, q\u00eb prej \u00a0sot, edhe m\u00eb me p\u00ebrkushtim t\u00eb punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr forcimin e Institucioneve t\u00eb shtetit, sepse vet\u00ebm \u00a0e till\u00eb , Kosova do t\u00eb jet\u00eb partner \u00a0me Shtetet demokratike t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, q\u00eb e p\u00ebrkrahin.<\/p>\n
