Ndaj edhe programi i Levizjes sone\u00a0preku zemrat dhe mendjen e qytetareve qe me te\u00a0drejte prisnin nje vizion me nje koncept te ri politik\u00a0e per kete u binden thelle te levizja jone.\u00a0Levizja Qytetare \u201cPerspektiva\u201d asnjehere nuk e\u00a0zhgenjeu elektoratin e vet, por gjithmone u tregua e\u00a0vendosur dhe vizionare ne mendimet e saj dhe kur\u00a0ishte ne mundesi te beje ndonje koalicion. Ajo nuk\u00a0ishte e gatshme te beje marreveshje \u2013 koalicione\u00a0avantureske sepse ishte e percaktuar per nje fryme\u00a0te re ndryshimesh politike ne te mire te te gjithe\u00a0qytetareve.\u00a0Mirepo, perkunder fushates sone te ndershme, subjektet\u00a0e tjera politike bene nje fushate jokorrekte, jo\u00a0te ndershme, me plot manipulime e mashtrime, duke\u00a0e qitur ne nje pozite te veshtire votuesin i cili me te\u00a0drejte ndihej i nencmuar, zhgenjyer, mllefosur e i\u00a0dhunuar&#8230;. dhe ne kete menyre u cenua e drejta e\u00a0votes se lire.\u00a0Nje fushate e tille domosdo qe krijoi huti e crregullime\u00a0te papara edhe ne diten e zgjedhjeve te 17\u00a0tetorit, ku votuesit dukeshin qarte qe ishin te manipuluar,\u00a0ndersa pervec vendvotimeve, endeshin\u00a0njerezit rrotull nga subjektet e ndryshme politike per\u00a0blerjen e votes se lire.\u00a0Aspak me mire nuk ishte gjendja edhe ne qendrat e\u00a0votimeve ku u verejten shume parregullsi nga ana e\u00a0komisioneve perkatese, shpesh here edhe duke mos\u00a0e respektuar Ligjin.
