Dalja e lumit Buna nga shtrati shkaktohet nga prurjet e medha te liqenit te Shkodres por dhe nga prurjet e Drinit per shkak te shkarkimeve nga hidrocentralet dhe reshjeve te shumta qe kane rritur dhe prurjet e lumit Kir.<\/p>\n

Nderkohe nga raportimet e zonave te Nenshkodres mesohet se ne krahasim me disa ditet me pare ka pasur nje rritje prej 10 cm te nivelit te ujit ne gjith\u00eb zonen e Nenshkodres. Konkretisht eshte e pakalueshme rruga e Obotit, eshte e pakalueshme per mjete e vogla rruga nacionale e komunes Dajc si dhe ka prezence uji ne rrugen e Velipojes qe e veshtir\u00ebson qarkullimin per automjetet.<\/p>\n
