N\u00eb Ulqin ai ka mbaruar tet\u00ebvje\u00e7aren. Shkoll\u00ebn e mesme, Normalen, e ka mbaruar n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb mbaruar n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. N\u00eb Beograd ai mbaroi Fakultetin Filologjik, n\u00eb deg\u00ebn Gjuh\u00eb dhe Let\u00ebrsi Shqipe. Si m\u00ebsues ka sh\u00ebrbyer n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn Fillore t\u00eb Ostrosit (Kraj\u00eb, komuna e Tivarit), n\u00eb vitin shkollor 1957\/58.\u00a0Nga shtatori i vitit 1963 jetoi dhe sh\u00ebrbeu n\u00eb Ferizaj si profesor n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn Normale, n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn Teknike dhe k\u00ebshilltar pedagogjik n\u00eb Entin Nd\u00ebrkomunal Pedagogjik. Gjat\u00eb viteve 1967 dhe &#8217;68 ishte gazetar i Radio- Prishtin\u00ebs. Nga maji i vitit 1974 deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim nga puna nga forcat policore serbe, m\u00eb 6 korrik 1990,ishte redaktor i Redaksis\u00eb s\u00eb Programit p\u00ebr F\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb Televizionin e Prishtin\u00ebs. Ishte nd\u00ebr themeluesit dhe kryetar i par\u00eb i Seksionit Letrar \u201cDe RADA\u201d n\u00eb Ferizaj (1971-&#8217;74). Ishte an\u00ebtar i redaksive t\u00eb revistave: Zgjimi (Ferizaj), GEP-I (Prishtin\u00eb), Pionieri (Prishtin\u00eb), Fati (Ulqin), Okarina (Prishtin\u00eb). Aktualisht \u00ebsht\u00eb redaktor i periodikut Kronika (Ulqin), Dija (Ulqin). Shkruan kryesisht proz\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rinj, por edhe vjersha.
