Markiqi shfaqi v\u00ebrejtje edhe p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e prokurorit,trupit gjykues e sidomos t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Apelit,t\u00eb cil\u00ebt,sipas tij,paraqiten dhe pranuan prova dhe d\u00ebshmi q\u00eb nuk i v\u00ebrtetojn\u00eb akuzat dhe q\u00eb jan\u00eb prova n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Ligjin aktual t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs penale t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi. &#8220;T\u00eb gjitha provat e ofruara me aktakuz\u00eb, shumica prej t\u00eb cilave jan\u00eb lexuar, jan\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Ligjin aktual te procedur\u00ebs penale t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ata nuk p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb prova n\u00eb aspektin ligjor dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ne kemi kund\u00ebrshtuar. Mir\u00ebpo, nuk kemi hasur n\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptim edhe pse fillimisht trupi gjykues ka marr\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim q\u00eb disa prej k\u00ebtyre provave t\u2019i shpall\u00eb si t\u00eb paharmonishme me ligjin dhe si t\u00eb tilla i ka izoluar derisa Gjykata e Apelit p\u00ebrs\u00ebri i ka kthyer n\u00eb procedur\u00eb. &#8220;-tha n\u00eb fund z. Markiqi.<br \/>\nGrupi i shqiptar\u00ebve nga Mal\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb akuzuar p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e aksioneve terroriste dhe p\u00ebr fillimin e luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi m\u00eb 10 shtator t\u00eb vitit 2006, dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve parlamentare dhe lokale n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb republik\u00eb.
