Ne kete qytet gjith\u00e7ka funksionon ashtu si\u00e7 duhet. Te pakten kjo ndjesi i krijohet nje vizitori te huaj qe e prek nga afer kete porte te Malit te Zi. Ne Ulqin nuk mungon uji e as dritat. Aty mund te levizesh lirisht ne \u00e7do ore te nates, nderkohe qe lokalet jane &#8220;non stop&#8221; dhe rruget jane te gjitha te asfaltuara. Turizmi per Ulqinin eshte qellim me vete. Per banoret e ketij qyteti, ai eshte mundesia e vetme per te jetuar. Ndaj sapo sezoni i veres troket ne dere, gjith\u00e7ka leviz, te gjithe angazhohen per te pritur ne menyren me perfekte pushuesit e shumte nga mjaft vende te Evropes e jo vetem te ketij kontinenti.<br \/>\n&#8220;Te gjithe per turizem&#8221; Nen kete moto ka qen\u00eb dhe do mbetet sllogani per Ulqin.<br \/>\nUlqini ka geluar nga aktivitetet shumica ne fund te muajit maj e tani ne ditet e para te qershorit. Qellimi i te gjitha aktiviteteve te bera ne kete qytet ishte promovimi i turizmit. Nderkohe qe keto aktivitete nuk kane pasur asnje investim nga Ministria e Turizmit apo institucione qeveritare te Malit te Zi. Gjithcka eshte organizuar nga vete Komuna e Ulqinit, biznesmenet e ketij qyteti dhe OJQ-te.&#8221;Turizmi kerkon nje perfshirje te te gjitheve, pasi Ulqini varet nga zhvillimet ne kete fushe.<br \/>\nNisur nga ky fakt, ne kemi menduar qe te jemi promotore te iniciativave per zhvillimin e aktiviteteve ne favor te turizmit, pa pritur qe te kemi donacione nga qeveria, e cila eshte treguar indiferente tho njeri nga &#8220;Ulqin Biznes Association&#8221;.<br \/>\nKultura perendimore ne trajtimin e turizmit u ka dhene ulqinakeve mundesi qe ta kthejne turizmin ne sigurim jetese. Ulqini ka rreth 25 mije banore. Ne kohen e sezonit te plazhit popullsia e ketij qyteti rritet. Kapaciteti maksimal i strehimit te pushuesve eshte 130 mije veta ne nate.<br \/>\nMe gjithe mbipopullimin, incidentet qe mund te ndodhin jane minimale.
