Para pak koh\u00ebsh, n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb u zhvillua takimi i ministrit t\u00eb Jasht\u00ebm dhe Integrimeve Europiane t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, Millan Roqen\u00a0 me ministin e pun\u00ebve t\u00eb jashtme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Enver Hoxhaj. Si\u00e7 raporton e p\u00ebrjavshmja n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, \u201cKoha Javore\u201d ( e dat\u00ebs 2 qershor 2011) , n\u00eb mes tjerash,tem\u00eb e bisedimeve t\u00eb tyre ishte edhe \u201crregullimi i statusit t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb nacionale malazeze n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ministri Roqen deklaroj:<\/p>\n

\u201c N\u00eb t\u00eb vertet\u00eb do t\u00eb d\u00ebshironim q\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb malazeze t\u00eb ken\u00eb at\u00eb respektim dhe mbrojtje \u00e7far\u00eb e kan\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe q\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb malazeze t\u2019a p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn si shtet t\u00eb vetin , si\u00e7 veprojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi\u201d.<\/p>\n

Kjo deklarat\u00eb ministrit malazez mund t\u00eb kuptohet si tentim q\u00eb\u00a0 t\u00eb krahasohen\u00a0 shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi me pakic\u00ebn malazeze n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb,dhe si e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e pavend,e gabuar dhe e papranueshme , p\u00ebr disa arsy:<\/p>\n

1. Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi jan\u00eb popull autokton dhe t\u00eb cil\u00ebt me shekuj kan\u00eb jetuar dhe jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb trojet e veta etnike st\u00ebrgjyshore, kurse dihet mire q\u00eb malazez\u00ebt,ashtu si edhe serb\u00ebt u vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb si rezultat i kolonizimeve gjat\u00eb periudhave t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb ndryshimit t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs etnike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs;<\/p>\n

2. Numri i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i madh se sa numri i malazez\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb rreth 7% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb, kurse malazez\u00ebt,sipas parashikimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve politik\u00eb t\u00eb vet k\u00ebtij komuniteti n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb pothuajse nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfillshme,\u00a0 rreth 0.03% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs;<\/p>\n

3. Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi kontribuan dhe ndihmuan drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti n\u00eb themelimin e shtetit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi duke p\u00ebrkrahur pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij shteti ,me vot\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb referendumin e vitit 2006 ,kurse malazez\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb,jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk e ndihmuan lirin\u00eb dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs,por p\u00ebrkundrazi,shumica e tyre u angazhuan dhe p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebn politik\u00ebn agresore t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrpjekja e ministrit Roqen ,q\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrheq paralelizma n\u00eb mes\u00a0 bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb etnike malazeze n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, \u00ebsht\u00eb si\u00a0 rrezultat i mosnjohjes s\u00eb rrethanave\u00a0 shoq\u00ebroro-historike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve\u00a0 apo b\u00ebhet me q\u00ebllime t\u00eb caktuara politike?!<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu,ministri n\u00eb fjal\u00eb k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb \u201cpjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb malazeze (n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb) t\u00eb ken\u00eb at\u00eb respektim dhe mbrojtje,\u00e7far\u00eb e kan\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi\u201d.<\/p>\n

Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk respektohen apo mbrohen , por p\u00ebrkundrazi,ata shpesh her\u00eb keqtrajtohen nga shteti,qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit jan\u00eb. Mjafton q\u00eb t\u2019i rikujtojm\u00eb ministrit Roqen, aksionin fam\u00ebkeq policor \u201cFluturimi i Shqiponj\u00ebs\u201d, t\u00eb vitit 2006, pak koh\u00eb pas shpalljes s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi,me \u00e7\u2019rast u arrestuan, maltretuan dhe u torturuan 18 shqiptar\u00eb nga Mal\u00ebsia. Shumica e tyre,gjithnj\u00eb po vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb vuajn\u00eb n\u00eb burgjet malazeze, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr arsyen se jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb.A k\u00ebshtu i \u201cmbron\u201d pushteti i Malit t\u00eb Zi,shqiptar\u00ebt ?! E t\u00eb mos flasim p\u00ebr mos respektimin e t\u00eb drejtave kolektive t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb fushat e ndryshme t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore. Po p\u00ebrmendim vet\u00ebm disa: mos zgjidhja e problemeve n\u00eb fush\u00ebn arsimimit\u00a0 dhe plan-programet shkollore n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, mosp\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin Nacional t\u00eb Arsimit, mosp\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi adekuat dhe i barabart\u00eb i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb organet dhe institucionet shtet\u00ebrore,\u00a0 Ligji Zgjedhor dhe mohimi i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit autentik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, cungimi i t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb vet\u00ebqeverisjes lokale,mos kthimin e pronave private t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve aprovimi i ligjeve t\u00eb tjera diskriminuese ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve e k\u00ebshtu me rradh\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebt e pushtetit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, mundohen t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb \u201c\u00e7\u00ebshtjeje t\u00eb pakic\u00ebs malazeze\u201d n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.N\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar, presidenti i Malit t\u00eb Zi, Filip Vujanoviq,deklaroj se \u201cpranimi i ambasadorit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs,kusht\u00ebzohet me njohjen e pakic\u00ebs malazeze n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u2026\u201d. Deri m\u00eb sot, ende muk jan\u00eb vendosur marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet diplomatike,n\u00eb nivel ambasadash,n\u00eb mes Malit t\u00eb Zi dhe Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb angazhohet n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e pozit\u00ebs dhe statusit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe realizimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb tyre legjitime, qeveria e Malit t\u00eb Zi mundohet q\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrheq v\u00ebmendjen gjetiu, tek kin\u00ebse \u201c\u00e7\u00ebshtja\u201d e pakic\u00ebs malazeze n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u00c7\u00ebshtja e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi nuk ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me zgjidhjen e statusit t\u00eb komunitetit malazez n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Por n\u00ebse Prishtina dhe Podgorica d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb aprovojn\u00eb parimin e reciproritetit,at\u00ebher\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi do duhej t\u00eb g\u00ebzonin status shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb avancuar se sa malazez\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebrkesa e\u00a0 komunitetit malazez n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb atyre t\u2019u njihet statusi i pakic\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare apo i minoritetit.N\u00ebse i b\u00ebhet presion qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb nga ana e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Podgoric\u00ebs lidhur me njohjen e k\u00ebtij statusi, komunitetit malazez n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb\u00a0 t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb edhe qeveritar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs ndaj Malit t\u00eb Zi, pra t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb avancimin e statusit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. N\u00ebse komunitetit malazez i njihet statusi i pakic\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte e arsyeshme dhe e logjikshme q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi\u00a0 t\u2019u njihet satusi i popullit shtet-formues. Vet\u00ebm ky lloj\u00a0 parimi i reciproritetit, ka kuptim dhe mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve\u00a0 fqinj\u00ebsore n\u00eb mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n
