Ibrahim Gashi, kryetar i Komisionit Qendror pran\u00eb Institutit.<br \/>\nN\u00eb takim mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga shkollat me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, duke prezantuar \u00e7\u00ebshtjet kontestuese n\u00eb plan-programet m\u00ebsimore dhe tekstet shkollore. Paraqitja e fakteve p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e tilla nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe t\u00eb pranishmit e tjer\u00eb krijoi mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb nj\u00eb debati konstruktiv. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb u theksua fakti se tekstet m\u00ebsimore n\u00eb shkollat me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 tekstit t\u00eb Gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, t\u00eb gjitha jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyera n\u00eb shqip, ku ekzistojn\u00eb defekte tekstuale dhe konceptuale dhe si t\u00eb tilla ato nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb. Pra, nuk kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebtu vet\u00ebm me p\u00ebrkthimet apo deformimet sa i p\u00ebrket toponimeve, por kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me aspektin e p\u00ebrmbajtjes programore sepse nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb fare me identitetin komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. N\u00ebse analizohen me kujdes k\u00ebto tekste m\u00ebsimore, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me tekstin e historis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs muzikore, si p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn fillore dhe t\u00eb mesme, del qart\u00eb edhe ana subjektive e redaktorit t\u00eb teksteve gjegj\u00ebse sepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb pranueshme p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.visit-ulcinj.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/Nj%C3%AB-Abetare-p%C3%ABr-t%C3%AB-gjith%C3%AB-shqiptar%C3%ABt.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-48786\" title=\"Nj\u00eb Abetare p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt\" src=\"http:\/\/www.visit-ulcinj.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/Nj%C3%AB-Abetare-p%C3%ABr-t%C3%AB-gjith%C3%AB-shqiptar%C3%ABt.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"490\" height=\"335\" \/><\/a>\u00c7\u00ebshtje n\u00eb vete paraqesin programet m\u00ebsimore p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e identitetit komb\u00ebtar andaj ka ardhur koha q\u00eb ato t\u00eb jen\u00eb unike p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti u theksua fillimisht nevoja p\u00ebr hartimin e nj\u00eb Abetareje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnogjeografike n\u00eb siujdhes\u00ebn Ballkanike. Sepse n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb reja shoq\u00ebrore, kur flitet p\u00ebr integrimin n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian, shqiptar\u00ebt duhet fillimisht t\u00eb integrohen n\u00eb mes veti dhe nj\u00eb integrim i till\u00eb duhet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb me tekstet shkollore dhe programet m\u00ebsimore.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj nuk ka asnj\u00eb arsye e logjik\u00eb q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb me pes\u00eb Abetare, kur nj\u00eb e till\u00eb mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sepse shqiptar\u00ebt kudo q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. P\u00ebr avancimin e k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje u theksua se duhet t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhet sa m\u00eb par\u00eb memorandumi i marr\u00ebveshjes n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit dhe Shkenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb me Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb trajtohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb institucionale.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu u theksua se p\u00ebr ndryshime pozitive n\u00eb ket\u00eb aspekt duhet t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb vullneti politik i pushtetit, ku duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen patjet\u00ebr kuadrot shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e programeve m\u00ebsimore dhe teksteve shkollore, sidomos p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e identitetit komb\u00ebtar.
