Iljaz Rexha<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>T\u00eb dh\u00ebna onomastike dhe demografike p\u00ebr Shasin dhe vendbanimet e nahijes s\u00eb Bun\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrtejme sipas defter\u00ebve osman\u00eb t\u00eb shekujve XV dhe XVI (3)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keto te dhena onomastike te deftereve kadastrale\u00a0osmane kane nje vlere te madhe\u00a0shkencore per te ndricuar dhe studiuar\u00a0strukturen e ndryshimeve antroponimike,\u00a0toponomastike, konfesionale, gjenealogjike,\u00a0etnografike, sociale, sidomos ate\u00a0demografike te popullsise, ne kete rast te\u00a0hapesires gjeografike te Anes se Malit.\u00a0Te dhenat onomastike qe i kemi deshifruar,\u00a0parashtruar dhe analizuar ne kete\u00a0punim, te nxjerra nga defteret origjinale\u00a0kadastrale osmane nga shekujt XV-XVI,\u00a0perbejne deshmi te pakundershtueshme\u00a0qe provojne se hapesira e Anes se Malit\u00a0ne mesjete ishte e banuar krejtesisht nga\u00a0popullsia albane \u2013 shqiptare, ne shumice e\u00a0besimit katolik, ndersa me nje perqindje te\u00a0vogel e besimit islam. Rrethanat dhe kushtet\u00a0historike bene qe gjate shekujve ne vijim\u00a02\/3 e shqiptareve katolike te kalojne ne\u00a0fene islame, ndersa 1\/3 ne ate ortodokse.\u00a0Nje pjese e katolikeve shqiptare arriti ta\u00a0ruaje besimin, identitetin, gjuhen dhe traditen\u00a0e vjeter zakonore shqiptare deri ne\u00a0ditet tona. Edhe shqiptaret myslimane, qe\u00a0per arsye te njohura dhe per te perfituar\u00a0privilegje dhe poste ne administraten\u00a0shteterore osmane, edhe pse e nderruan\u00a0fene e vjeter, por kurre nuk e identifikuan\u00a0veten me pushtuesit osmanlinj, po ashtu\u00a0arriten ta ruajne gjuhen, identitetin dhe\u00a0traditen e vjeter shqiptare. Ndersa shqiptaret\u00a0e besimit katolik qe kaluan apo u\u00a0konvertuan ne fene ortodokse, e humben\u00a0gjuhen, identitetin dhe traditen shqiptare,\u00a0dhe plotesisht u asimiluan ne sllave. Ne keto vendbanime kemi te bejme me\u00a0nje popullsi albane &#8211; shqiptare autoktone,\u00a0vazhduese e popullsise se hershme\u00a0ilire, e formuar historikisht shume shekuj\u00a0pepara depertimit sllav dhe atij osman\u00a0ne keto treva. Keto te dhena te dores se\u00a0pare kundershtojne dhe hedhin poshte\u00a0hipotezat shkencore dhe antishqiptare\u00a0te disa autoreve te huaj borgjeze, e sidomos\u00a0te atyre sllave, te cilet orvateshin te\u00a0paraqitnin popullsine shqiptare te kesaj\u00a0ane si joautoktone, si te ardhur nga tokat\u00a0e brendshme shqiptare me vone, aty kah\u00a0fundi i shek. XVII dhe fillimi i shek. XVIII,\u00a0pas luftrave austriako -turke (1683-1690).\u00a0Edhe shumica e toponimeve te Anes se\u00a0Malit jane deshmi se ato i kane emertuar\u00a0per here te pare shqipfolesit, qe i kishte\u00a0shenuar administrata e kohes, ne frymen\u00a0e gjuhes shqipe, me nje influence te vogel\u00a0nga administrata sllave dhe ajo osmaneturke,\u00a0si: Shen Gjergj-i, Shen Koli, Shen Todri Shen Petra, Shen Andre, Shen Shirgji,\u00a0Shen Mrija, Zogaj, Ifshas (Shasi), Gjonza,\u00a0Kryq-i (Kruqi), Bukmir, Krroq-i, Bardon-i\u00a0(Bardhoni), etj. Keto e disa te tjera toponime\u00a0te kesaj ane jane regjistruar sipas\u00a0natyres se gjuhes shqipe dhe me forma te\u00a0shqipes, e jo me format sllave, sic i hasim\u00a0vendbanimet tjera shqiptare ne viset e\u00a0tjera, te kalkuara ose te perkthyera ne\u00a0gjuhen sllave nga administrata mesjetare\u00a0sllave, si: Sveti Gjorgje, Sveti Nikola, Sveta\u00a0Marija, Sveti Andrija, Bardoniq &#8211; Beliq, Palabardh\u00a0\u2013 Bjelopavliq, etj.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.visit-ulcinj.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Liqeni-shasit.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-51924\" title=\"Liqeni shasit\" src=\"http:\/\/www.visit-ulcinj.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Liqeni-shasit.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"508\" height=\"330\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nDisa toponime te\u00a0protoshqipes se kesaj ane jane parasllave,\u00a0si toponimi me substratin ilir bard+on&gt;\u00a0Bardon-i prane Bunes e disa te tjera, dhe\u00a0ngjan te jene krijuar ne kohen antike, si\u00a0edhe toponimet tjera me bazen &#8211; ilire\u00a0apo te protoshqipes bard=bardh, qe jane\u00a0deshmuar ne burimet e shkruara mesjetare\u00a0sllave dhe osmane jo vetem ne kete\u00a0ane, por edhe ne hapesiren tjeter gjeo grafike ne Kosove Bardoniq (Gjakove) dhe\u00a0Maqedoni Bardofci (Shkupi), etj.\u00a0Ne vijim dua te shtoj se etika shkencore\u00a0e kerkon te thuhet se te dhenat onomastike\u00a0per vitin 1485 jane marre nga origjinali,\u00a0por edhe nga Defteri i regjistrimit te\u00a0sanxhakut te Shkodres qe e perktheu dhe\u00a0e botoi historiani i mirenjohur, i ndjeri Selami\u00a0Pulaha ne vitin 1974 ne Tirane. Ne\u00a0defterin e vitit 1485 ka te dhena vetem per\u00a020 vendbanime qe i takonin nahijes se Bunes\u00a0se Pertejme, ndersa ne kemi deshifruar\u00a0dhe nxjerre te dhena onomastike dhe\u00a0demografike per here te pare edhe per 60\u00a0vendbanime me trollishta qe ishin perfshire\u00a0ne nahijen e Bunes se Pertejme nga defteri i mevonshem i vitit 1582, qe ende\u00a0nuk eshte botuar dhe qe ka te beje po\u00a0ashtu me regjistrimin e territorit te sanxhakut\u00a0te Shkodres te vitit 1582. Nje kopje\u00a0te origjinalit te ketij defteri e posedoj edhe\u00a0une, te cilin jam duke e deshifruar dhe pergatitur\u00a0per botim.\u00a0Studiuesja Perparime Huta e botoi librin\u00a0me titull: Fshati ne Sanxhakun e Shkodres\u00a0ne shekujt XV-XVI, Tirane, 1990, qe bazohet\u00a0kryesisht ne deshifrimet onomastike\u00a0dhe demografike qe i ka bere pjeserisht\u00a0Selami Pulaha e qe gjenden ne doreshkrim\u00a0ne Institutin e Historise ne Tirane, te\u00a0cilat ne nuk i kemi pasur ne dore e as qe kemi ditur se ato ekzistojne. Andaj duhet\u00a0pasur kujdes se ata studiues qe sherbehen\u00a0me dokumentet e deshifruara nga dikush\u00a0tjeter e qe nuk e njohin paleografine mesjetare\u00a0te shkrimit te gjuhes perkatese, ne\u00a0kete rast te gjuhes osmane, mund te bejne\u00a0leshime dhe gabime serioze ne interpretimin\u00a0dhe paraqitjen e punimeve te tyre.\u00a0Ne librin e siperpermendur te Perparime\u00a0Hutes, ku trajtohet fshati dhe problematika\u00a0demografike ne Sanxhakun e Shkodres,\u00a0mjerisht nje numer i konsiderueshem i nomenklatures\u00a0se emertimeve te vendbanimeve\u00a0kane dale me forma te shtremberuara\u00a0dhe jo te sakta ne transkriptim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koha Javore<\/strong><\/p>\n<!--YouTube Error: bad URL entered-->\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prof. dr.
