Gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb takimi n\u00eb restorantin buz\u00eb Liqenit t\u00eb bukur t\u00eb Shasit, ish ambasadori amerikan n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, Roderik Mur, shfaqi habin\u00eb kur me interesimin e tij e njoftova se gazeta e pakic\u00ebs shqiptare \u201cKoha javore\u201d, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb falet, shitet 0.50 Euro. Habia e ambasadorit ishte edhe m\u00eb e madhe kur mori vesh se gazeta e vetme n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi nuk financohet nga themeluesi (Kuvendi apo Qeveria), por \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e fatit.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto reminishenca m\u2019u ngjallen pasi lexova nj\u00eb shkres\u00eb t\u00eb ndihm\u00ebsministrit t\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs, mr. Zhelko Rutoviq, drejtuar Qeveris\u00eb e q\u00eb kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me fatin e gazet\u00ebs \u201cKoha javore\u201d. N\u00eb t\u00eb,\u00a0 n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kontradiktore paraqiten arsyetimet p\u00ebr mosfinancimin e \u201cKoh\u00ebs javore\u201d. Me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb demagogjike, ai i referohet \u201cLigjit p\u00ebr media\u201d dhe \u201dreformave t\u00eb mediave\u201d, por pa p\u00ebrmendur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb Konvent\u00ebn Korniz\u00eb p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e Pakicave Nacionale dhe Konvent\u00ebn Evropiane mbi Gjuh\u00ebt Rajonale dhe t\u00eb Pakicave. Z. Rutoviq sikur jeton n\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb paralele dhe nuk sheh sesi funksionojn\u00eb nj\u00eb mori e gazetave t\u00eb pakicave n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet si Serbia, i cili nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe aq i njohur p\u00ebr respektimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pakicave. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shtet botohen me dhjet\u00ebra gazeta t\u00eb pakicave: \u201cBunjeva\u010dke novine\u201d (n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn bunjase), \u201cHlas Hudu\u201d (n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn sllovake), \u201cLibertatea\u201d (n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn rumune), \u201cMagyar Szo\u201d (n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn hungareze), \u201cRuske slovo\u201d (n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn rusine), \u201cNacional\u201d (n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe)… ose botimi i shum\u00eb gazetave n\u00eb rajon: Slloveni, Kroaci, Kosov\u00eb dhe Maqedoni. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto gazeta financohen nga ministrit\u00eb e qeverive t\u00eb vendeve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb ndryshim formal: t\u00eb drejtat e themelimit nga Kuvendi jan\u00eb bartur te k\u00ebshillat nacionale t\u00eb pakicave ose te ndonj\u00eb subjekt tjet\u00ebr, por gjithnj\u00eb duke e ruajtur burimin e financimit e q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Qeveria.<\/p>\n

Edhe pse n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ishte n\u00eb fuqi i nj\u00ebjti \u201cLigj i mediave\u201d, ish ministri i Kultur\u00ebs, Sportit dhe Medias, Predrag Sekuliq, n\u00eb nj\u00eb takim me redaktorin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs shfaqi respekt p\u00ebr rolin e gazet\u00ebs \u201cKoha javore\u201d, duke theksuar se \u201cpakica shqiptare duhet t\u00eb informohet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare dhe se mbetet obligim i institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdeset p\u00ebr mbar\u00ebvajtjen e \u2018Koh\u00ebs javore\u2019\u201d. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, \u00ebsht\u00eb e pakuptueshme q\u00eb sot e nj\u00ebjta ministri mban q\u00ebndrim tejet indiferent ndaj nj\u00eb gazete q\u00eb botohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb e cila dallon shum\u00eb nga gjuh\u00ebt sllave n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrprerja eventuale e gazet\u00ebs \u201cKoha javore\u201d do t\u00eb kishte pasoja t\u00eb dukshme p\u00ebr imazhin e Malit t\u00eb Zi n\u00eb fillimin e negociatave p\u00ebr pranim n\u00eb BE, si dhe do t\u00eb ngjallte konotacione negative te shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt aktualisht k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb gazet\u00eb ditore.<\/p>\n

Se fatin e gazet\u00ebs \u201cKoha javore\u201d e ndjek me interesim edhe faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet ta ket\u00eb parasysh si Ministria e Kultur\u00ebs ashtu edhe Qeveria e Malit t\u00eb Zi. Ende \u00ebsht\u00eb i fresk\u00ebt rasti kur n\u00eb prill t\u00eb vitit 2009 u b\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr reduktimin dhe nd\u00ebrprerjen eventuale t\u00eb\u00a0 k\u00ebsaj gazete. Reagimi i fuqish\u00ebm me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast i kongresistit Sander M. Levin dhe i senatorit Carl M.
