Rikujtojm\u00eb lexuesit se di\u00e7ka e ngjajshme ndodhi edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebn kur Kosova shpalli pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb,pra me 17 Shkurt 2008.N\u00eb \u00a0k\u00ebte dit\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar historike ,pushteti malazez i pat shpallur t\u00eb ndaluar manifestimet publike,me \u00e7&#8217;rast \u00a0shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi nuk iu lejua q\u00eb t\u00eb ndanin g\u00ebzimin bashk\u00eb me v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit e tyre n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb!?<br \/>\nNga ana e tjet\u00ebr, Ligji n\u00eb fjal\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb sprov\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb aspektin e vendosm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb mbrojtjen e vlerave t\u00eb veta komb\u00ebtare, respektivisht n\u00eb mbrojtjen e flamurit kuq e zi. Derisa n\u00eb fillim , pati reagime t\u00eb ashp\u00ebra nga ana e shqiptar\u00ebve ndaj k\u00ebtij Ligji, megjithate m\u00eb von\u00eb sikurse u harrua apo u hesht p\u00ebr k\u00ebte \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe \u00a0si rezulltat ,sot, tet\u00eb muaj pas miratimit t\u00eb tij,me keqardhje mund t\u00eb themi q\u00eb \u00a0Ligji &#8220;kund\u00ebr flamurit&#8221; \u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb ende n\u00eb \u00a0fuqi dhe shqiptar\u00ebve edhe m\u00eb tutje iu ndalohet \u00a0p\u00ebrdorimi publik i simbolit t\u00eb tyre komb\u00ebtar.Nga ky v\u00ebshtrim, del q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt,respektivisht faktori i tyre politik, nuk u angazhua m\u00eb \u00a0fuqish\u00ebm dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb dhe t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb eleminimin e nenit 23 t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr rendin dhe qet\u00ebsin\u00eb,nen ky i cili parasheh gjob\u00eb apo burgim me rastin e shpalosjes s\u00eb flamurit n\u00eb vende publike.<br \/>\n\u00cbsht\u00eb mir\u00eb \u00a0q\u00eb protestohet p\u00ebr kthimin e pronave ,por njikoh\u00ebsisht duhet t\u00eb ngrihet z\u00ebri \u00a0fuqish\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb demonstrohet mospajtim i vazhduesh\u00ebm \u00a0ndaj politik\u00ebs q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim \u00a0mohimin e identitetit komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.\u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebr tu habitur fakti q\u00eb gjat\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb ky Ligj fam\u00ebkeq \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi, nuk pati as nj\u00eb protest\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb t\u00eb organizuar vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim: mbrojtjen e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb simbolit ton\u00eb t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb komb\u00ebtar, mbrotjen e identitetit dhe krenaris\u00eb ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtare !?<br \/>\nSi duket,gjithashtu , kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje nuk po brengos apo shqet\u00ebson Tiran\u00ebn \u00a0dhe Prishtin\u00ebn zyrtare t\u00eb cil\u00ebt faktikisht nuk po \u00a0shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb \u00a0autoritetietet e tyre qeveritare si dhe kanalet diplomatike p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb presion tek Qeveria malazeze , n\u00eb mes tjerash, edhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e lir\u00eb t\u00eb flamurit komb\u00ebtar.<br \/>\nNa ndajn\u00eb vet\u00ebm disa muaj nga momenti final i Dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb- 28 N\u00ebntor 2012, dit\u00eb kjo kur flamuri kuq e zi,flamuri i Sk\u00ebnderbeut, flamuri i Ismail Qemalit, Isa Boletinit, Ded\u00eb Gjo Lulit dhe i shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve q\u00eb dhan\u00eb jet\u00ebn dhe sakrifikuan p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e popullit shqiptar, do t\u00eb valvitet shum\u00eb lart dhe shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb festojn\u00eb si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb me par\u00eb, q\u00eb nga Tirana, Vlora e Prishtina , q\u00eb nga \u00a0New York-u , Berlini e deri te Sydney-ji i Australis\u00eb.
