K\u00ebt\u00eb do ta p\u00ebrzgjedhin arsimtar\u00ebt e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve n\u00eb aktivet e tyre. Mir\u00ebpo, m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit u zun\u00eb gafil, ngase udh\u00ebzimet ishin t\u00eb pakta, mir\u00ebpo edhe p\u00ebrvoja e hidhur nga e kaluara i stepi ata. M\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi nuk arrit\u00ebn ta themelojn\u00eb as shoqat\u00ebn e arsimtar\u00ebve. P\u00ebr habi t\u00eb madhe kjo iniciativ\u00eb lindi n\u00eb vitet e 1990-ta, por s`u realizua asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. N\u00eb Ulqin u themeluan mbi 100 (nj\u00ebqind) shoqata joqeveritare, por shoqata e arsimtar\u00ebve ende s` lindi.<br \/>\nNx\u00ebn\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb shkollat shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi iu lejuan edhe 20% t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb nga kultura komb\u00ebtare.<br \/>\nProgramet m\u00ebsimore me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb vitin shkollor 1981\/82 p\u00ebsuan nd\u00ebrrime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Programet u ndryshuan, posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht nga gjuha e let\u00ebrsia shqiptare dhe historia. U ndaluan tekstet e at\u00ebhershme m\u00ebsimore q\u00eb siguroheshin nga Kosova. M\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuan dhe k\u00ebrkuan q\u00eb shkolla shqipe t\u00eb mos privohet nga e drejta t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb kultur\u00ebn e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Fjala e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve s`u d\u00ebgjua, bile disa prej tyre u burgos\u00ebn dhe u akuzuan p\u00ebr nacionaliz\u00ebm dhe irredentiz\u00ebm. T\u00eb tjer\u00ebve iu dha kartela e verdh\u00eb &#8211; parap\u00ebrjashtim nga puna. Nga plan-programet m\u00ebsimore u hoq\u00ebn edhe kolos\u00ebt e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb si Ismail Kadare, Drit\u00ebro Agolli, Xhevahir Spahiu etj., t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb ishin nga Shqip\u00ebria.<br \/>\nN\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e historis\u00eb m\u00ebsohej vet\u00ebm historia serbe dhe ajo bot\u00ebrore. Ashtu vazhdoi edhe n\u00eb mileniumin e ri. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb gati nuk ndryshoi asgj\u00eb. Dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb m\u00ebsonin 2-4% t\u00eb historis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Intelektual\u00ebt, shoqatat joqeveritare, subjektet politike shqiptare k\u00ebrkuan vazhdimisht q\u00eb kjo gjendje t\u00eb ndryshohet, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet.<br \/>\nTani Ministria e Arsimit dhe Shkenc\u00ebs e Malit t\u00eb Zi lejoi q\u00eb n\u00eb shkollat me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe t\u00eb lejohet m\u00ebsimi i historis\u00eb, let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, muzik\u00ebs, artit figurativ etj. &#8211; p\u00ebr 20% m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb ta din\u00eb historin\u00eb nacionale, t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb si\u00e7 e m\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn nacionale, por ta m\u00ebsojn\u00eb edhe at\u00eb bot\u00ebrore dhe t\u00eb shtetit ku jetojn\u00eb. Tani ka kaluar koha q\u00eb t\u00eb frik\u00ebsohet dikush nga historia. Popujt e Ballkanit po p\u00ebrpiqen q\u00eb t\u00eb integrohen n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. Dhe vet\u00ebm njohja dhe pikat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta \u00e7ojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpara. Tani nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, n\u00ebse m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i ka zgjedhur mir\u00eb nj\u00ebsit\u00eb, mund t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e Ulqinit, t\u00eb Shasit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb, p\u00ebr Ded\u00eb Gjo` Lulin, p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t`u \u00e7liruar nga turku, p\u00ebr Ali pash\u00eb Gucin\u00eb etj.<br \/>\nNd\u00ebrkaq, nga l\u00ebnda e gjeografis\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i mir\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit do t`i njoftoj\u00eb me Bun\u00ebn, me detin, me liqenin e Shasit dhe liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs, do t`u flas\u00eb p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn bimore e shtazore, p\u00ebr llojet e peshqeve, t\u00eb zogjve, pasi q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto hap\u00ebsira ka edhe t\u00eb till\u00eb si pelikani q\u00eb gjendet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb an\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Afrik\u00eb.<br \/>\nSistemi shkollor n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi ka nisur t\u00eb p\u00ebsoj\u00eb nd\u00ebrrime, sepse edhe vet\u00eb malazez\u00ebt nuk e m\u00ebsonin sa duhet historin\u00eb e tyre, ngase dominonte historisa serbe. Deri n\u00eb vitin shkollor 1991\/92, kur komunat kishin vetadministrim, ekzistonte Sekretariati p\u00ebr arsim e kultur\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo, nga ajo koh\u00eb u fik ky sektor dhe tani duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrt\u00ebrihet. Ai do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcillte gjendjen n\u00eb arsim, sepse k\u00ebto shkolla nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, por m\u00eb s\u00eb pari jan\u00eb t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs. Dihet se shkollat fillore do t`i kthehen komunave, prandaj ky sekretariat p\u00ebr arsim duhet themeluar. Ai do t\u00eb luante nj\u00eb rol me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr shkollat dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb.<br \/>\nN\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs nuk ka asnj\u00eb resor, as te z\u00ebvend\u00ebsministri. Po ashtu, edhe n\u00eb Entin Republikan nuk ka specialist p\u00ebr botimin e teksteve. Kjo gj\u00eb lihet pas dore. Dhe shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb jan\u00eb pakic\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar as 2% n\u00eb k\u00ebto Ente, edhe pse kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb 7%. Shoqata e Arsimtar\u00ebve, Sekretariati p\u00ebr arsim i Komun\u00ebs, Ministria e Popujve Pakic\u00eb dhe K\u00ebshilli Nacional do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet gjendja e arsimimit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb, ashtu si e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb republik\u00eb. Tekstet shkollore duhet t\u00eb ndryshohen, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kultur\u00ebn e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb nacionale. N\u00eb disa l\u00ebnd\u00eb, si\u00e7 u theksua &#8211; t\u00eb historis\u00eb, let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqiptare, duhen b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb ndryshime, edhe pse nga let\u00ebrsia shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb ndryshim, b.f. n\u00eb program m\u00ebsimor ka hyr\u00eb edhe poeti i madh Gjergj Fishta, i cili ishte i anatemuar nga komunizmi shqiptar.<br \/>\nNx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb revist\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb. Revistat &#8220;Fati&#8221; dhe &#8220;Zana&#8221; t\u00eb Art Clubit t\u00eb Ulqinit nuk botohen &#8211; n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb mjeteve. Ato ishin nj\u00eb ndihmes\u00eb e madhe. Shkollat shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi tani k\u00ebnaqen me nj\u00eb revist\u00eb t\u00eb tyre vjetore. Them se edhe kjo s`\u00ebsht\u00eb keq, por \u00ebsht\u00eb pak. Pra, duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe ndryshuar shum\u00eb\u00e7ka, sepse d\u00ebshtimet n\u00eb arsim jan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme, ngase nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb republik\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb po ato t\u00eb drejta si moshatar\u00ebt e tyre. Do t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb e d\u00ebmshme sikur t\u00eb mbesin pas moshatar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Tetov\u00eb, Tiran\u00eb dhe do ta ken\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, q\u00eb t\u00eb regjistrohen n\u00eb shkolla t\u00eb larta dhe fakultete. Nes\u00ebr nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb pranim me \u00e7el\u00ebs, por me test. Dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb p\u00ebr ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve duhet t`i paraprijn\u00eb ose me koh\u00eb t`i eliminojn\u00eb gabimet.
