Mbas nj\u00eb serie t\u00eb veprimeve t\u00eb gabuara n\u00eb privatizim e burimeve ekonomike t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit, gabime t\u00eb cilat qytetin e \u00e7uan n\u00eb varf\u00ebri (n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj flet fakti q\u00eb privatizimi n\u00eb Ulqin la pa pun\u00eb 3000 pun\u00ebtor\u00eb dhe at\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin prej 20.000 banor\u00ebve), si\u00e7 duket kjo nuk ishte e mjaftueshme por tani nga qyteti k\u00ebrkohen 10 milion euro shtes\u00eb, si kompensim p\u00ebr vendbanimin e rr\u00ebnuar K1.<\/p>\n

Tani me drejt pyesim: Deri kur do t\u00eb merret nga Ulqini? Kur do t\u00eb ndalet kjo gj\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A \u00ebsht\u00eb ndokush n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shtet i cili do ti dal n\u00eb mbrojtje k\u00ebtij qytet?<\/strong><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr hir t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, K1 nuk e rr\u00ebnuan ulqinak\u00ebt, por u rr\u00ebnua me vendimin e pushtetit t\u00eb at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm republikan t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u frikuan q\u00eb at\u00eb vendbanim do ta banojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt nga Kosova. Nuk ekzistonte ajo gazet\u00eb, ditore apo javore,\u00a0 e cila n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb nuk shkruante p\u00ebr rrezikun e ekzistimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendbanim dhe p\u00ebr rrezikun q\u00eb vjen nga ky vendbanim ( \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar p\u00ebr mij\u00ebra shqiptar q\u00eb do t\u00eb vijn\u00eb t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Ulqin nga Kosova dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ashtuquajtura plane perfide t\u00eb irredent\u00ebs p\u00ebr banimin e Ulqinit).<\/p>\n

A duhet qyteti i Ulqinit t\u00eb paguaj dhe p\u00ebr veprimet politike t\u00eb gabuara t\u00eb strukturave udh\u00ebheq\u00ebse t\u00eb at\u00ebhershme t\u00eb republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb shihnin irredentizmin Shqiptar?! N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur vet\u00ebm me arrestimin e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe me qitjen e tyre nga puna, por n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb euforike u nis\u00ebn n\u00eb rr\u00ebnimin e \u00e7do gj\u00ebje q\u00eb lidhej me Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto mund t\u00eb kuptoheshin sikur\u00a0 t\u00eb ja atribuonim ngjarjeve politike ditore n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, por kurrsesi nuk mund t\u00eb pranojm\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto gabime prap\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb fatur\u00ebn.\u00a0 E kan\u00eb \u201cg\u00eblltit\u201d Ulqinak\u00ebt afer\u00ebn \u201cmushkonja\u201d, kur p\u00ebr 20.000 marka gjermane, Komuna Ulqinit n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb vendimit t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs pagoi mbi 10 her\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Kjo nuk do t\u00eb ishte dhe aq tragjike sikur k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim mos ta pasonin nj\u00eb seri vendimesh t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e d\u00ebmtuan ark\u00ebn e Komun\u00ebs p\u00ebr disa milion euro dhe t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto ndodhen 20 vitet e fundit. Tani paralajm\u00ebrohet dhe obligimi prej 10 milion eurosh dhe kur k\u00ebsaj ja shtojm\u00eb dhe ekonomin krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar, at\u00ebher\u00eb me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb mund t\u00eb pyesim, a ka perspektiv\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet?<\/p>\n

Ulqini askujt nuk i ka borxh, aq m\u00eb pak nj\u00ebfar\u00eb Rekreaturs-it, apo Atlas grupit, prandaj ftojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha strukturat politike n\u00eb Ulqin, q\u00eb me p\u00ebrpjekjet e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta ti japim fund grabitjeve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb cilat k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet e \u00e7ojn\u00eb drejt humner\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Konsiderojm\u00eb, q\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt duhet t\u00eb thirret mbledhja e jasht\u00ebzakonshme e Kuvendit lokal t\u00eb Ulqinit, dhe t\u00eb sjellim vendime t\u00eb duhura sepse interesi i qytetit ton\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbrohet vet\u00ebm me p\u00ebrpjekje dhe vendime t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu reagojm\u00eb n\u00eb tekstin e botuar n\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshmen DAN me dat\u00ebn 04.02.2013 me titull \u2013 Plani sekret p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e madhe<\/p>\n

Edhe pse shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, rrjedhimisht dhe shqiptar\u00ebt e Plav\u00ebs me veprimin e vet politik p\u00ebr kush e di sat\u00ebn her\u00eb treguan, d\u00ebshmuan\u00a0 dhe than\u00eb nj\u00eb PO t\u00eb madhe \u00e7do procesi pozitiv n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, dikush vazhdimisht mundohet\u00a0 t\u00eb ju atribuoj projekte t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n

E drejta themelore e \u00e7do qytetari \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejta e vot\u00ebs dhe zgjedhjes dhe normalisht duke e p\u00ebrdorur k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb drejt kushtetuese shqiptar\u00ebt e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Plav\u00ebs u p\u00ebrcaktuan dhe treguan mendimin e vet n\u00eb lidhje me formimin e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Gucis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb e vet me k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt shqiptar\u00ebt e treguan me protest\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb dhe demokratike para godin\u00ebs s\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Plav\u00ebs, dhe kjo p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq nuk i p\u00eblqej atyre q\u00eb priten di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr dhe q\u00eb me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi do t\u00eb na kthenin n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e err\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

UDSH p\u00ebrkrah k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj t\u00eb shprehjes s\u00eb pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe prandaj i p\u00ebrkrah an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e vet dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb q\u00eb protestuan.<\/p>\n

Nuk e kemi nd\u00ebr mend t\u00eb sh\u00ebrojm\u00eb fiksimet imagjinare t\u00eb disa personave q\u00eb \u00e7do ku dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do vend shohin \u201crrezik\u201d nga shqiptar\u00ebt, prandaj dhe ky reagim i yni shkon drejt p\u00ebrkrahjes demokratike t\u00eb zgjedhjes q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt nga ato treva dhe vler\u00ebsimin e veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb deritashme politike t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb demokratizimin e Malit t\u00eb Zi si dhe n\u00eb promovimin e bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs dhe toleranc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

D\u00ebshirojm\u00eb t\u00eb shprehim mospajtimin ton\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb me propozimin e paralajm\u00ebruar t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr riorganizimin apo shfuqizimin e Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit n\u00eb Ulqin.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr k\u00ebrkesave dhe synimeve tona p\u00ebr decentralizimin e pushtetit n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, k\u00ebsi lloj projektesh apo propozimesh na \u00e7ojn\u00eb kah centralizimi m\u00eb i madh dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye p\u00ebr ne jan\u00eb t\u00eb papranueshme.<\/p>\n

Si\u00e7 duket, ask\u00ebnd nuk e brengos ve\u00e7oria etnike dhe gjuh\u00ebsore e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Ulqinit dhe shtrirja hap\u00ebsinore e k\u00ebsaj komun\u00eb. N\u00eb vend q\u00eb sot t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr faz\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs t\u00eb maternitetit me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn materniteti i Ulqinit do t\u00eb kompletohej me sall\u00ebn e operacioneve, si dhe me repartet cil\u00ebsore zonale sidomos n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit dhe Plazhit t\u00eb Madh, neve sot na parashtrohet heqja e statusit t\u00eb Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit n\u00eb Ulqin dhe na servohet ambulanca zonale. Dikush q\u00ebllimisht harron q\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 fakteve t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendura Ulqini \u00ebsht\u00eb qytet turistik, q\u00eb gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb viti pret mbi 600 mij\u00eb mysafir. Nuk shohim asnj\u00eb arsye t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb pse duhet t\u00eb ja nd\u00ebrrojm\u00eb statusin Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit n\u00eb Ulqin, prandaj plot\u00ebsisht jemi dakord me mendimin q\u00eb efektet pozitive t\u00eb nj\u00eb mase t\u00eb till\u00eb do t\u00eb ishin minimale, nd\u00ebrsa d\u00ebmi maksimal.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr fund shtrohet pyetja, a do t\u00eb jet\u00eb dhe kur do t\u00eb jet\u00eb Ulqini p\u00ebr di\u00e7ka QEND\u00cbR?!<\/strong><\/p>\n
