Pas bllokimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb nate m\u00eb par\u00eb rruga Shkod\u00ebr-Lezh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e kalueshme. N\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur 200 ha tok\u00eb n\u00eb Bah\u00e7all\u00ebk, Ajas\u00ebm, lagjen &#8220;Mark Lulaj&#8221; dhe &#8220;Pedonale&#8221;, duke izoluar rreth 60 sht\u00ebpi banimi dhe objekte.<br \/>\nN\u00eb komun\u00ebn Ana Malit jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur rreth 1800 ha, duke izoluar rreth 161 sht\u00ebpi n\u00eb fshatin Obot, 19 sht\u00ebpi n\u00eb fshatin Gorric\u00eb dhe 11 sht\u00ebpi n\u00eb Muriqan. N\u00eb komun\u00ebn Guri i Zi jan\u00eb 800 ha tok\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytura, 20 sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb izoluara n\u00eb fshatin Rrenc, 20 sht\u00ebpi n\u00eb fshatin Kasap\u00eb.<br \/>\nN\u00eb komun\u00ebn B\u00ebrdic\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur 500 ha tok\u00eb dhe 55 sht\u00ebpi jan\u00eb izoluar. Jan\u00eb evakuuar 20 familje n\u00eb Ajas\u00ebm, 55 familje n\u00eb B\u00ebrdic\u00eb, 20 familje n\u00eb Bah\u00e7all\u00ebk dhe 45 familje n\u00eb Kuq.
