Ato jo vetem q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb prezent por edhe kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb aktive n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha mbledhjet, si n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur kemi qen opozit\u00eb, ashtu edhe pas formimit e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb re n\u00eb Parlamentin e Ulqinit.<\/p>\n<p>Sa i p\u00ebrket seanc\u00ebs s\u00eb 5 korrikut, mungesa e njerit k\u00ebshilltar, p\u00ebr shkaqe t\u00eb arsyeshme familijare, ka qen e paralajmruar qysh para caktimit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb mbledhjes.<\/p>\n<p>Mungesa e k\u00ebshilltarit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb ka qen e kushtezuar me disa shkaqe urgjente t\u00eb cilat nuk kan\u00eb mundur te parashihen.<\/p>\n<p>Sidoqofte, mungesa e ndonji k\u00ebshilltari nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dicka e posacme apo e jozakont\u00eb cka duhet me ngjall cudi apo interesim t\u00eb posacem.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo cka ma tep\u00ebr cudit isht fakti se askush,qoft \u00eb nga udh\u00ebheqsia e Kuvendit, qoft\u00eb nga kreu i eksekutivit, as nuk ka provua t\u00eb kontaktoj dikend nga PSD dhe t\u00eb informohej p\u00ebr shkaqet e munges\u00ebs dhe mundesin\u00eb e shtyrjes s\u00eb mbledhjes p\u00ebr disa or\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Rregullat dhe standardet e ushtrimit t\u00eb pushtetit nga ana e koalicioneve n\u00ebnkuptojn\u00eb komunikimin dhe bashkpunimin e rregullt t\u00eb partner\u00ebve, jo vet\u00ebm gjat procesit t\u00eb aprovimit t\u00eb vendimeve por edhe gjat pregatitjes dhe formulmit t\u00eb tyre.Kjo n\u00ebnkupton obligimin dhe p\u00ebrgjegjsin\u00eb e posacme t\u00eb propozuesit,gjegjsisht,Kryetarit t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkrahjen e propozimeve t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe marrveshja e ushtrimit t\u00eb pushtetit koalicion t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e kemi n\u00ebnshkru ne, parashef bashk\u00ebpunim, respektim dhe dakordim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb partner\u00ebve t\u00eb koalicionit, sidomos me rastin e shqyrtimit t\u00eb buxhetit, llogaris\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimtare, huamarrjes etj.
