Sipas tij, me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb rrahur nj\u00eb i ri dhe ka pasur provokime t\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb xhandarm\u00ebris\u00eb.<br \/>\nNdaj arrestimit t\u00eb 10 shqiptar\u00ebve nga xhandarm\u00ebria serbe, n\u00ebn dyshimet se jan\u00eb t\u00eb involvuar n\u00eb vrasje dhe rr\u00ebmbime n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1999, kan\u00eb reaguar edhe shoqatat e dala nga lufta n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Ata k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nga Qeveria dhe Presidenti i Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb vihen n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb.<br \/>\nReagimi i ish-luft\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb erdhi pas nj\u00eb takimi q\u00eb ata pat\u00ebn me komandantin e Forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (FSK), Sylejman Selimi. Edhe ky i fundit ka shprehur bindjen se ushtar\u00ebt e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb nuk ka arsye q\u00eb t\u00eb arrestohen. \u201cAta nuk kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb krime, por kan\u00eb luftuar p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, kan\u00eb luftuar q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb jet\u00eb shtet. Nuk duhet t\u00eb lejohet nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdhunohen vlerat e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb\u201d, tha Selimi.<br \/>\nXhandarm\u00ebria serbe, n\u00eb or\u00ebt e hershme t\u00eb s\u00eb premtes, nd\u00ebrmori nj\u00eb aksion n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb dhe disa lokacione t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj komune duke arrestuar 10 shqiptar\u00eb. Sipas Zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr krime t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar se jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb vrasje dhe rr\u00ebmbime t\u00eb kryera gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb vitit 1999 n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<br \/>\n\u201dPrej qershorit 1999 e deri n\u00eb tetor t\u00eb vitit 1999, ata ishin t\u00eb involvuar n\u00eb s\u00eb paku 51 vrasje dhe 159 rr\u00ebmbime n\u00eb qytetin e Gjilanit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi Bruno Vekariq. Sipas tij, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuarit i kan\u00eb takuar U\u00c7K-s\u00eb.<br \/>\nSipas Vekariqit, aksioni ishte p\u00ebrgatitur n\u00eb kat\u00ebr muajt e fundit. \u201cDisa t\u00eb arrestuar nuk kan\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb Serbi, por kishin ardhur p\u00ebr ta kaluar Vitin e Ri me familje\u201d.<br \/>\nSipas agjencive t\u00eb lajmeve, t\u00eb arrestuar nga aksioni i xhandarm\u00ebris\u00eb jan\u00eb: Nazif Hasani, Ahmet Hasani, Faton Hajdari, Samet Hajdari, Ferat Hajdari, Kamber Sahiti, Agush Memishi, Burim Fazliu, Sylimon Sadiku dhe Fatmir Sahiti.<br \/>\nKryetari i Kuvendit t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, Ragmi Nustafa, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr KosovaLive se aksioni ka ndodhur her\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr t\u00eb xhandarm\u00ebris\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb ish-gueril\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.
