Forca e re demokratike n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje ka fituar 9 ul\u00ebse, e pasuar nga Koalicioni &#8220;Bashk\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e Ulqinit&#8221; &#8211; Partia Demokratike, Perspektiva dhe Lidhja Demokratike n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi &#8211; i cili ka fituar 7 ul\u00ebse. Unioni demokratik i Shqiptar\u00ebve ka fituar 3 ul\u00ebse. Bashk\u00eb k\u00ebta 3 lista zgjedhore kan\u00eb 18 ul\u00ebse n\u00eb Kuvendin lokal, num\u00ebr i cili siguron pushtetin.<\/p>\n<p>Por, a do t\u00eb bashkohen k\u00ebta tre burra p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar fytyr\u00ebn e Ulqinak\u00ebve? Apo ndoshta k\u00ebta tre burra nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb merren vesh se kujt t&#8217;i takoj\u00eb ul\u00ebsja e kryetarit t\u00eb qytetit e kujt ajo e kryetarit t\u00eb Kuvendit? A do mund t\u00eb merren vesh k\u00ebta burra se kush do udh\u00ebheq\u00eb me departamente t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb komun\u00ebs? Ndoshta p\u00ebr ta ky opsion nuk do t\u00eb shqyrtohet fare, ose do t\u00eb shqyrtohet sa p\u00ebr sy e faqe, ashtu si\u00e7 u shqyrtua opsioni i bashkimit p\u00ebr zgjedhjet parlamentare, e i cili d\u00ebshtoi ende pa nisur mir\u00eb. E kjo &#8220;tentativ\u00eb&#8221; do ju sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb, si edhe m\u00eb heret, p\u00ebr t\u00eb fajsuar nj\u00ebri tjetrin p\u00ebr d\u00ebshtimin e iniciativ\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>A do t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb nj\u00eb her\u00eb t\u00eb vetme k\u00ebta tre burra p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e qytetarit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Ulqin?
