Nese do te ishin bashke ato do te kishin me shume se 800 vota plus rivaleve.<\/p>\n<p>Te zene ngushte nga rezultati dy kreret e partive me te medha, ai i Forces qe eshte edhe kreu ne detyre i komunes Nazif Cungu dhe ai i Koalicionit Bashke per te Ardhmen e Ulqinit, Fatmir Gjeka pranojne se ka qene perplasja mes shqiptaresh qe ka prodhuar kete rezultat.<\/p>\n<p>Por, n\u00eb fakt, ishte pikerisht ndarja mes Cungut e Gjekes qe prodhoi edhe zgjedhjet e parakohshme.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Normalisht, kur ne nivel te Malit te Zi behen zgjedhjet lokale vetem ne nje qytet, atehere sigurisht se partia ne pushtet ka mundesi qe te gjitha potencialet e tyre qe i kane shtet\u00ebrore t&#8217;i shfrytezojne dhe t&#8217;i sjellin rezultatet me te mira&#8221;, u justifikua zoti Cungu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kjo ka ardhur si shkak i gridjeve mes partive shqiptare. Kjo ka lejuar q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb nje rritje diku pak te konsiderueshme subjekti i Gjukanovi\u00e7it&#8221;, pranoi zoti Gjeka.<\/p>\n<p>Por, per kreun e boshtit te trete te shqiptareve gjerat nuk jane kaq te thjeshta&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Mehmed Zenka, kryetar i Unionit Demokratik te Shqiptareve deklaroi: &#8220;Ne mund te shesim \u00e7fare te deshirome perpara opinionit, por ky qytet na njeh kush e \u00e7ka eshte, kush eshte shqiptar, kush eshte shqiptar me sot, kush eshte shqiptar me shekuj, kush ka qene me vijen nacionale e kush ka qene me dje me pardje, sipas nevojave te kohes. Neve, ketij populli nuk mund t&#8217;i shesim mjegull&#8221;, tha Zenka.<\/p>\n<p>Nese dikush mendon se pasqyra e partive politike dhe kandidateve shqiptare ne Ulqin perfundon me keto tre forca gabon&#8230; gjerat jane me te komplikuara se kaq.<\/p>\n<p>Nen skemen &#8220;per\u00e7a dhe sundo&#8221;, shqiptaret nuk garuan thjesht te \u00e7aperluar ne forca te ndryshme politike, por shume prej tyre ishin edhe pjese e listave te partive jo shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo e \u00e7oroditi jo pak elektoratin, ne nje skeme qe mesa duket, pertej Ulqinit, ne Podgorice ishte p\u00ebrollogaritur me se miri.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtuesi i listes fituese te zgjedhjeve per partine e Gjukanovic eshte shqiptari Loro Nreki\u00e7, i cili ironizon patriotizmin aktual, sipas tij fals te krereve te partive shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Gjukanovi\u00e7 ka luajtur ne kete proces duke shfytezuar nga njeri krah \u00e7arjen e shqiptareve dhe nga krahu tjeter duke futur plot 8 shqiptare ne listen e forces se tij.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nuk ka nevoje me u mburr ata se une jam me shqiptar se keta te gjithe dhe ne n\u00eb Partine Demokratike Socialiste kemi m\u00eb shqiptare se jane ata, mirepo karrigia eshte shume e embel, keshtu qe nuk lejojne me e leshu ate karrige dhe per kete arsye ka ardhur edhe Ulqini ne kete gjendje te mjerueshme&#8221;, tha Ndreki\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Akuzat e forta mes shqiptaresh vijojneedhe me tej ne skenen politike te Ulqinit. Dritan Abazovi\u00e7, nje tjeter shqiptar kryesonte listen e nje force tjeter jo shqiptare, Malit te Zi Pozitiv.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Politika qe eshte sjelle 25 vjet ne Ulqin ka qene shume e demshme dhe gjithesekush kush e perkrah kete politike realisht nuk eshte patriot, por ka nje fare interesi financiar dhe ka qejf me qene i fshehur pas patriotizmit dhe mbrojtjes se shqiptarise&#8221;, tha Abazovi\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>E keshtu edhe tek social-demokratet. Selim Resulbegovi\u00e7 thot\u00eb: &#8220;\u00c7\u00ebshtja eshte me shume keqperdorimi i votave te shqiptareve nga partite shqiptare, se e ka treguar se me shume lideret kane punuar per vetveten e jo per interesat e Ulqinit dhe popullit shqiptar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, praktikisht nga 9 lista partish politike, plot 6 te tilla perplasnin shqiptare. Nje lufte shqiptaresh, ne kryeqendren e shqiptareve ne Mal te Zi, Ulqinin ku votuan rreth 12 mije vete.<\/p>\n<p>Nje shembull i dukshem sesi shqiptaret nuk behen bashke &#8230;.perkundrazi palet akuzojne njera-tjetren kush eshte dhe kush nuk eshte shqiptar, kush eshte dhe kush nuk eshte tradhetar e keshtu me radhe&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Sipas intelektualeve dhe shoqerise civile, kjo rr\u00ebnj\u00eb e mbeshtetjes ndaj partive nacionale shqiptare ka ardhur si pasoje e rolit te lekundur te tyre dhe shpesh te ndervarur nga deshira per te qene prane qeverise qendrore te Gjukanovi\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Xhemal Perovi\u00e7, aktivist i shoqerise civile deklaroi: &#8220;Pra eshte ushtruar nje gare se cila parti shqiptare t&#8217;i afrohet me shume pushtetit qendror dhe si rezultat i kesaj vjen zhgenjimi i votuesit, i cili nuk desheron me ne menyre indirekte t&#8217;i jape voten Partis\u00eb se Gjukanovi\u00e7it, por kesaj radhe e ka bere ne nje sasi me te madhe ne menyre te drejteperdrejte&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Ali Salaj, i &#8220;Koh\u00ebs Javore&#8221; shtoi: &#8220;Une mendoj qe partite politike shqiptare duhet te bashkohen , por ne kete aspekt duhet qe edhe pushteti qendror te jete me tolerant ndaj pakices shqiptare ne Mal te Zi&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Ne kete situate, e me se shumti te vene nen presionin faktor\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb kreret e partive shqiptare kane nisur negociatat.<\/p>\n<p>Shansi i fundit qe shqiptaret te shpetojne fytyren nga kjo gare duket se eshte bashkimi i keshilltareve si menyra e vetme per te zgjedhur nje kryetar komune te perbashket.<\/p>\n<p>Votuesit ne Mal te Zi votojne per keshilltaret e me pas ata me shumice mund te zgjedhin kryetarin e njesise se tyre vendore.<\/p>\n<p>Leshimet e para jane bere, kreu aktual ne detyre i komunes Cungu thot\u00eb se pranon te terhiqet si kandidature e mundshme per te vijuar ne kete post, e po ashtu edhe kreu tjeter i partise se dyte me te madhe shqiptare Fatmir Gjeka.<\/p>\n<p>Por, me e veshtire duket negociata me Unionin Demokratik qe refuzon marr\u00ebveshjen me dy partite e tjera dha i ka hapur rruge forces se Gjukanovi\u00e7. Tashme gjith\u00e7ka duket ne rruge pa krye.<\/p>\n<p>Nazif Cungu, kryetari aktual i komunes Ulqin mbrohet duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: &#8220;Une e kam bere hapin e pare, kam thene se jam une ai qe do terhiqem normalisht me reciprocitet dhe te bejme tentativa qe te zgjidhet nje kandidat, i cili do te jete faktikisht i perbashket, por ne kete moment ne kemi pranuar qe koalicionit te tre partive shqiptare, qe t&#8217;ia ofrojme e te propozojne kandidatin per kryetar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Fatmir Gjeka, kryetar dhe deputet Partia Demokratike, mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb theksoi: &#8220;Duhet bere shume perpjekje dhe te jemi te gatshem te sakrifikojme per te mbajtur pushtetin se gjithkujt i bije ndermend pastaj kur e humb krejt ou \u00e7fare ndodhi me ne, ku i patem mend perpara.
