Duke shkaktuar k\u00ebshtu shp\u00ebrngulje t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb mundshme t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve nga trojet e veta shekullore, sikur\u00eb nuk jemi larguar mjaft\u00eb prej atyre an\u00ebve!\u00a0P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj,\u00a0a ka ndie kush\u00a0q\u00eb\u00a0n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend\u00a0t\u00eb ndalohet me ligj p\u00ebrdorimi\u00a0i simboleve t\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi me pretekstin se p\u00ebrdorimi\u00a0i tyre\u00a0k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon rendin publik.<\/p>\n<p>Fatkeqsisht, vet\u00ebm lajme t\u00eb k\u00ebqia d\u00ebgjon njeriu nga ajo an\u00eb. Sot m\u00ebsova se e vetmja gazet\u00eb, q\u00eb botohet\u00a0n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, Koha Javore gj\u00ebndet p\u00ebrball nj\u00eb\u00a0&#8220;pozite delikate, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb kritike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e saj&#8221;, sipas\u00a0nj\u00eb artikulli t\u00eb botuar nga Kryeredaktori saj, Ali Salaj\u00a0me t\u00eb cilin ai\u00a0i b\u00ebn thirrje opinionit public, mbrenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb\u00a0\u00e7&#8217;mos\u00a0q\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebtohet\u00a0 nga mbyllja gazeta e\u00a0vetme shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi\u00a0.\u00a0 Koha Javore,\u00a0si\u00e7 duket \u00ebsht\u00eb ven\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr p\u00ebr tu mbyllur si rezultat\u00a0i\u00a0falimentimit t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb botuese, &#8220;Pobjeda&#8221;, megjithse p\u00ebr mua kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb sepse se lidhje ka Koha e Javore me sht\u00ebpin\u00eb botuese, mbasi si\u00e7 thot\u00eb\u00a0edhe Kryeredaktori\u00a0Salaj n\u00eb artikullin e tij,\u00a0se ligji parashikon q\u00eb financimin e botimeve t\u00eb tilla nga fondi p\u00ebr pakica, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me &#8220;Konvent\u00ebn Korniz\u00eb P\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e Pakicave Nacionale&#8221; dhe me &#8220;Konvent\u00ebn Europiane mbi Gjuh\u00ebt Rajonale dhe t\u00eb Pakicave&#8221;, ndaj t\u00eb cilave \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0i detyruar t&#8217;i zbatoj\u00eb edhe Mali\u00a0i Zi. Si p\u00ebrfundim, shkruan Z. Salaj, mediat e pakicave duhet t\u00eb ruhen dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshteten edhe nga institucionet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb misionit t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb caktuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri shum\u00eb-etnike. Kryeredaktori\u00a0i gazet\u00ebs\u00a0Koha Javore &#8212; e cila ka vazhduar botimin\u00a0\u00e7&#8217;prej vitit 2002\u00a0 &#8212; b\u00ebn apel p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrje dhe p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb nga ana e institucioneve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, si dhe nga faktori politik, q\u00eb besoj\u00a0i referohet klas\u00ebs politike shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u00e7\u2019mos p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar t\u00eb vetmen gazet\u00eb shqip n\u00eb trojet shqiptare atje.\u00a0 Zoti Salaj shkruan se botime, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Koha Javore, p\u00ebr pakicat ekzistojn\u00eb an\u00eb e mban\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Serbin\u00eb, por edhe Kroacin\u00eb, Sllovenin\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebn dhe Maqedonin\u00eb.\u00a0 T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto gazeta dhe revista t\u00eb grupeve etnike, sipas Z. Salaj, n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb ose n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, financohen\u00a0nga ministrit\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse ose nga k\u00ebshillat e pakicave\u00a0komb\u00ebtare, ose varen n\u00eb raste t\u00eb tjera varen nga ndonj\u00eb subjekt tjet\u00ebr i lidhur me qeverit\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me detyrimet e tyre ndaj konventave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr ruajtjen e gjuh\u00ebve rajonale\u00a0dhe n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb pakicave dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb detyrim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha vendet, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Malin e Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Roli pozitiv q\u00eb ka luajtur Koha Javore p\u00ebr 13 vjet\u00eb n\u00eb\u00a0informimin e publikut shqiptar, si e vetmja gazet\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, \u00ebsht\u00eb i padiskutuesh\u00ebm. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shfaqin\u00a0vendosm\u00ebrisht pa-pajtueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre serioze me trajtimin e shqiptar\u00ebve nga Podgorica zyrtare. Por, mbi t\u00eb gjtiha, \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo klas\u00eb politike e zgjedhur nga shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb\u00a0Zi, ajo\u00a0q\u00eb\u00a0duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb pengesa e par\u00eb dhe\u00a0kryesore ndaj k\u00ebtyre masave dhe tu thot\u00eb ndal k\u00ebsaj dhe p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb vazhdueshme\u00a0t\u00eb shtetit malazez p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngushtuar gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e t\u00eb drejtave themelore t\u00eb njeriut q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb si \u00e7do pakic\u00eb tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur medien e vet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn am\u00ebtare. Shqiptar\u00ebt e Malit t\u00eb Zi, si \u00e7do pakic\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kudo, kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb organin e vet t\u00eb informacionit. Politika shqiptre n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi duhet t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb luftoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat baz\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre, bazuar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha konventat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjet q\u00eb drejtojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e pakicave n\u00eb Europ\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb vendosm\u00ebrisht\u00a0dukurit\u00eb e ndryshme\u00a0anti-shqiptare q\u00eb po shfaqen gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shpesh\u00a0n\u00eb zonat ku jetojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, ata pak q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur. \u00a0\u00cbsht\u00eb e kot\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqesh t\u00eb b\u00ebjsh politik\u00eb kur popullit q\u00eb ti p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson i shkelen t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat q\u00eb duhet t\u2019i ket\u00eb t\u00eb barabarta\u00a0n\u00eb krahasim me shumic\u00ebn. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb detyra e par\u00eb dhe themelore e\u00a0nj\u00eb partie politike dhe e politikanit\u00a0t\u00eb zgjedhur nga populli n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb demokratik.<\/p>\n<p>Problemet e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00ebn Mal t\u00eb Zi, q\u00eb fatkeqsisht duket se sa vin\u00eb e shtohen dita dit\u00ebs, dihen mir\u00eb. Megjith\u00ebse mendohej se &#8212; me shpalljen e Malit t\u00eb Zi shtet i pavarur dhe sovran, ndaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebs arritje shqiptar\u00ebt kontribuan n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme &#8212; gj\u00ebndja e shqiptar\u00ebve atje do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohej. \u00a0Por fatkeqsisht, pothuaj nuk ka sfer\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs politike, shoq\u00ebrore, ekonomike ose kulturore q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, nuk shfaqin ankesa e shqet\u00ebsime p\u00ebr keqtrajtim ose trajtim ndryshe. Shum\u00eb prej tyre shprehen se e ndjejn\u00eb veten si qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb rendit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, t\u00eb diskriminuar, t\u00eb shkelur e t\u00eb nep\u00ebrk\u00ebmbur. Kjo shikohet nga ana e tyre si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje e q\u00ebllimshme afatagjat\u00eb asimilimi nga ana e autoriteteve malazeze\u00a0p\u00ebr tu mohuar shqiptar\u00ebve autokton\u00eb identitetin komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e tyre shekullore \u2014 duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb ata ta ndjejn\u00eb veten si t\u00eb huaj n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e veta shekullore. Mali i Zi si\u00e7 duket ka n\u00eb mend t\u00eb institucionalizoj\u00eb politika q\u00eb sikur\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb por t\u00eb vendosur, t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt nga jeta politike dhe ekonomike e vendit. K\u00ebto politika anti-shqiptare &#8212; sidomos n\u00eb lidhje me pronat, me asimilimin e detyruar, me mos zhvillimin ekonomik t\u00eb zonave ku banojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt dhe me mb\u00ebshtetjen e programeve q\u00eb pengojn\u00eb zhvillimin kulturor dhe gjuh\u00ebsor t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve &#8212; synojn\u00eb n\u00eb zhdukjen e kultur\u00ebs, t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb traditave shqiptare n\u00eb ato troje. Nj\u00eb v\u00ebrejt\u00ebs i drejt\u00eb dhe i paansh\u00ebm nuk mund t\u00eb konstatoj\u00eb ndryshe. A \u00ebsht\u00eb mbyllja e gazet\u00ebs Koha Javore pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj politike me q\u00ebllim zhdukjen eventuale t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs dhe gjuh\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi? Kjo politik\u00eb, fatkeqsisht, t\u00eb pak\u00ebn n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe, nuk duket aspak m\u00eb ndryshe nga politika e ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb komuniste dhe as nga politika q\u00eb Milloshevi\u00e7i u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb vendoste n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb mbas shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb, mbyllja e gazet\u00ebs Koha Javore nga autoritetet malazeze do t\u00eb ishte gjithashtu edhe nj\u00eb shkelje flagrante dhe e q\u00ebllimshme e liris\u00eb s\u00eb shtypit dhe e fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, mbyllja e Koh\u00ebs Javore do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb kriminalizim i fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb. Liria e fjal\u00ebs dhe liria e shtypit nuk jan\u00eb vlera dhe standarde ekskluzivisht amerikane ose per\u00ebndimore. Por, ato jan\u00eb vlera universale t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebs s\u00eb qytet\u00ebruar, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb familjen e shteteve europiane t\u00eb cil\u00ebs edhe Mali i Zi ka aspirata q\u00eb t\u2019i bashkohet. Andaj, si pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre vlerave, Podgorica zyrtare duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr akomodim e jo asimilim, bazuar n\u00eb standardet evropiane dhe n\u00eb proces t\u00eb korigjoj\u00eb pa drejt\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe t\u00eb vendos\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e barabarta dhe legjitime n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fushat e jet\u00ebs politike, ekonomike dhe kulturoro-gjuh\u00ebsore p\u00ebr komunitetin shqiptar n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e pasjes s\u00eb shtypit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn am\u00ebtare. T\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr akomodim e jo asimilim, bazuar n\u00eb standardet evropiane.
