Ndon\u00ebse, pas pavarsis\u00eb nga Serbia, malazez\u00ebt jan\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekur t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb identitein e vet si shtet europian me vlera dhe standarde europiane, organizuesit e konferenc\u00ebs thon\u00eb se politikan\u00ebt dhe elitat politike t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, kan\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb merren me mosbarazit\u00eb, mospajtimet dhe shqetsimet e komunitetit shqiptar atje, p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket pjesmarrjes s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb institucioneve shoq\u00ebrore, politike dhe ekonomike t\u00eb shtetit malazez. Si rrjedhim, ata me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb theksojn\u00eb faktin, se gj\u00ebja shqetsuese n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes, \u00ebsht\u00eb vazhdimi i pothuaj t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs politik\u00eb q\u00eb qeveria malezeze ka ndjekur edhe n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn ndaj popull\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb trojet e veta autoktone, megjith\u00ebse shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb at\u00eb shtet kan\u00eb shprehur vazhdimisht ankesat dhe mosk\u00ebnaqsit\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fushat e jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore, ekonomike dhe politike t\u00eb atij vendi.<\/p>\n<p>Pritet q\u00eb referuesit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb konferenc\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiq\u00ebn t\u00eb ven\u00eb n\u00eb dukje politik\u00ebn e p\u00ebrjashtimit q\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb ndiqet nga Podgorica zyrtare ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve, politik\u00eb kjo e cila vazhdon t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjej\u00eb komunitetin shqiptar n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Ekspert\u00eb q\u00eb ndjekin k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb, thon\u00eb se gj\u00ebndja e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, nuk ka ndryshuar shum\u00eb \u00e7\u2019prej shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb ish-Jugisllavis\u00eb. N\u00eb fakt, thon\u00eb ekspert\u00ebt, shum\u00eb prej problemeve me t\u00eb cilat u p\u00ebrballen shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs para konflikteve t\u00eb 1990-ave, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat probleme po hasin edhe shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e pas pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi. P\u00ebr t\u00eb arsyetuar k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebndrim, ata ven\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se komuniteti shqiptar n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb viktim\u00eb e konfiskimit t\u00eb tokave t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb i kan\u00eb pasur prona t\u00eb veta gjysh pas gjyshi, nd\u00ebrsa vazhdojn\u00eb presionet e asimilimit dhe t\u00eb emigrimit t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve nga trojet e veta. Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00ebn Mal t\u00eb Zi ankohen gjithashtu p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara p\u00ebr ta n\u00eb arsim dhe n\u00eb pun\u00ebsim si dhe n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e zhvillimit ekonomik. Nj\u00ebherazi, ata theksojn\u00eb gjithashtu edhe munges\u00ebn e programeve q\u00eb promovojn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, kultur\u00ebn dhe trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb shekullore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb ato troje. Si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb njoftuar koh\u00ebt e fundit, si shembull i k\u00ebtyre presioneve, mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet edhe shqetsimi p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e mbylljes s\u00eb \u201cKoh\u00ebs Javore\u201d, gazet\u00ebs s\u00eb vetme n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur ende e ardhmja afat-gjat\u00eb i k\u00ebsaj gazete t\u00eb vetme p\u00ebr lexuesit shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtuq\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi kan\u00eb arsye t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr gj\u00ebndjen e tyre politike dhe ekonomike madje edhe nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Podgorica p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb adaptoj\u00eb ligjet mbi mbrojtjen e pakicave n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standardet europiane, shqiptar\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb prov\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i siguruar ata se &#8212; edhe n\u00ebqoftse Mali i Zi antar\u00ebsohet n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian, bazuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs &#8212; situata e tyre nuk ka gias\u00eb se do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet. P\u00ebrkundrazi, shqiptar\u00ebt me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb kan\u00eb droj\u00eb se gj\u00ebndja e tyre madje edhe n\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquajturin \u201cbashkim\u201d me Europ\u00ebn, nuk do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim p\u00ebr ta n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Dhe se n\u00eb vend t\u00eb nj\u00eb statusi t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr ta, bazuar n\u00eb standardet europiane, gj\u00ebndja e tyre ka gias\u00eb se do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohet dhe se programet e dyshimta t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, sa p\u00ebr sy e faqe p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn e jashtme, do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb fshehin realitetin e gj\u00ebndjes jo t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqshme t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb shtetin malazez, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb mohimin e lirive dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb barabarta me malazez\u00ebt, deri at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb ardh\u00ebshme, fatkeqsisht ndoshta jo shum\u00eb t\u00eb larg\u00ebt &#8212; kur popullsia shqiptare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb nj\u00eb faktor p\u00ebr Malin e Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Organizuesit e k\u00ebsaj konference, e cila sipas programit duket se do t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb pothuaj t\u00eb gjitha aspektet e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, kan\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb diskutojn\u00eb problemet t\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku &#8212; ekspert\u00ebt nga Shtetet e Bashkuara si edhe studiuesit nga trojet shqiptare n\u00eb Balkan dhe m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb \u2013 dhe pastaj t\u00eb rekomandojn\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb mund\u00ebshme t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre problemeve me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballen shqiptar\u00ebt atje, sepse sipas tyre, nj\u00eb shtet multi-etnik mund dhe duhet t\u00eb veproj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb punoj\u00eb drejt\u00eb nj\u00eb objektivi t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, pa dallim. Ata shpresojn\u00eb q\u00eb kjo konferenc\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb kontributin e vet duke ofruar zgjidhje nga eskpert\u00eb ndaj problemeve dhe ankesave me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballen shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe t\u00eb japin ndihm\u00ebn e tyre, nga kjo an\u00eb e Atlantikut, ndaj shqetsimeve t\u00eb tyre, sidomos n\u00eb lidhje me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb fush\u00ebn politike, shoq\u00ebrore dhe ekonomike t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi. Pritet q\u00eb referuesit t\u00eb diskutojn\u00eb edhe faktin n\u00ebse qeveria malazeze po punon dhe vepron drejt nj\u00eb qeverisjeje m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjtih\u00eb, q\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb fund, t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt autokton n\u00eb trojet e veta n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe jo n\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtimin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb kjo nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb pra, ku do t\u00eb flasin ekspert\u00eb dhe akademik\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb posa\u00e7me jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr fatin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00ebn Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb at\u00eb vend. \u00cbsht\u00eb ky nj\u00eb rast ku akademik\u00ebt do t\u00eb paraqesin analizat e tyre me gjakftoh\u00ebsi, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb akdemike dhe pa pasione, me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebr t\u00eb identifikuar problemet dhe ankesat reale t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb shtetin malazez dhe si rrjedhim ata me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gjakftoh\u00ebsi do t\u00eb paraqitin rekomandimet e tyre p\u00ebr zgjidhjet e mund\u00ebshme dhe t\u00eb paanshme, p\u00ebr autoritetet e malit t\u00eb Zi, por edhe p\u00ebr entete nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb interesuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00eb mos asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, at\u00ebher\u00eb kjo konferenc\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb rast i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur nj\u00eb dialog t\u00eb sinqert midis shqiptar\u00ebve dhe qeveris\u00eb malazeze, por edhe midis pal\u00ebve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb vet\u00eb politik\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar zgjidhjen e ankesave, n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb trajtim t\u00eb barabart me qytetar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit malazez. Fundi i fundit, trajtimi i barabart i qytetarve \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim q\u00eb shteti i Malit t\u00eb Zi, si shtet i pavarur ka ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve si shtetas t\u00eb tij edhe n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb konventave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe europiane.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb hap t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm drejt\u00eb zbardhjes s\u00eb gj\u00ebndjes aktuale t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb mal t\u00eb Zi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin organizator\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb falenderohen, pasi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb organizimi i nj\u00eb konference t\u00eb till\u00eb. Fati dhe ankesat aktuale t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi duhet t\u2019i b\u00ebhen t\u00eb njohura bot\u00ebs, por sidomos publikut amerikan. Besoj se kjo konferenc\u00eb do t\u00eb luaj rolin e vet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb nism\u00eb, Profesor\u00ebt Shinasi Rama dhe Viktor Ivezaj po ndjekin gjurm\u00ebt e dy profesor\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhej shqiptaro-amerikan\u00eb, Arshi Pipa dhe Sami Repishti, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt m\u00eb 6 N\u00ebntor, 1982 kishin organizuar nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, por asaj her\u00eb kushtuar Kosov\u00ebs: \u201cKonferenc\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare mbi Kosov\u00ebn\u201d, mbajtur tek \u201cUniversity Graduate Center, City University of New York\u201d, me nj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje ekspert\u00ebsh m\u00eb t\u00eb dalluar t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve ballkanike t\u00eb asaj kohe, amerikan\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 profesor\u00ebve Pipa dhe Repishti, Martin Camaj, Peter Prifti dhe Anton Logoreci. \u00a0Shpresojm\u00eb q\u00eb konferenca nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e n\u00ebntorit n\u00eb Michigan, mbi gj\u00ebndjen e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin sukses si\u00e7 pati konferenca mbi Kosov\u00ebn para m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 30-vjet\u00ebsh.
