Ajo k\u00ebrc\u00ebnohej vazhdimisht me reduktimin dhe mbylljen e saj, kurse s\u00eb fundmi u p\u00ebrfshi n\u00eb pakon e falimentimit t\u00eb SHAGBG \u201cPobjeda\u201d, e cila p\u00ebr 13 vjet e menaxhoi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jotransparente k\u00ebt\u00eb medie t\u00eb pakicave.<\/p>\n<p>Duke pasur parasysh se ministrit\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi nuk shfaqen as vullnetin m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr ta financuar k\u00ebt\u00eb gazet\u00eb, redaksia e \u201cKoh\u00ebs javore\u201d, me nj\u00eb let\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur por edhe me takime t\u00eb ndryshme, e njoftoi opininin vendor, at\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar dhe lobin shqiptar n\u00eb SHBA, me gjendjen e krijuar n\u00eb gazet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ishte pik\u00ebrisht Lobi shqiptar n\u00eb Nju Jork, i cili n\u00eb takimin me kryetarin e Kuvendit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, z. Ranko Krivokapiq, q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb vizit\u00eb zyrtare n\u00eb OKB, ia paraqit\u00ebn rastin e gazet\u00ebs \u201cKoha javore\u201d duke k\u00ebrkuar zgjidhje afatgjate p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Ky takim ishte nxitje q\u00eb kryetari Krivokapiq t\u00eb inicoj\u00eb formimin e grupit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs prej tre an\u00ebtar\u00ebsh, i cili pas nj\u00eb pune disamujore dha propozimet t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb 31 dhjetor t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar u miratuan nj\u00ebz\u00ebri nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb deputet\u00ebt e Kuvendit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arritje, kabineti i kryetarit Krivokapiq, p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebshilltares s\u00eb tij Angjela Radunoviq, i njoftoi me nj\u00eb let\u00ebr veprimtar\u00ebt e shquar shqiptaro-amerikan\u00eb, Richard Lukaj dhe Cafo Boga, ku n\u00eb mes tjerash theksohet: \u201cN\u00eb lidhje me nism\u00ebn e kryetarit Krivokapiq, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2014, \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur q\u00eb Kuvendi i Malit t\u00eb Zi t\u00eb ndaj\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 100.000 eurosh n\u00eb vit p\u00ebr gazet\u00ebn \u2018Koha javore\u2019. Me k\u00ebto resurse ne kemi arritur q\u00ebllimet tona q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdohet me publikimin e gazet\u00ebs n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe \u2018Koha javore\u2019\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim, veprimtari dhe afaristi i njohur i m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs shqiptare Cafo Boga e fal\u00ebnderon n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb va\u00e7ant\u00eb kryetarin Krivokapiq: \u201cUn\u00eb jam shum\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur p\u00ebr letr\u00ebn e d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb kryetarit t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, z. Ranko Krivokapiq, p\u00ebr t\u00eb na informuar mbi vendimin e tij q\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb financiarisht gazet\u00ebn \u2018Koha Javore\u2019. Ju lutem q\u00eb t\u2019ia p\u00ebrcillni fal\u00ebnderimet e sinqerta z. Krivokapiq p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen n\u00eb publikimin e gazet\u00ebs s\u00eb vetme n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Ky zotim do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb po ashtu si nj\u00eb gjest i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm drejt p\u00ebrpjekjeve m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr forcimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nd\u00ebrmjet shqiptar\u00ebve etnik\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb Lobi shqiptar n\u00eb SHBA i del zot gazet\u00ebs \u201cKoha Javore\u201d. N\u00eb prill t\u00eb vitit 2009, kryetari i Shoqat\u00ebs Shqiptaro-Amerikane \u201cMal\u00ebsia e Madhe\u201d, z. Gjergj Ivezaj, angazhoi dy personalitete t\u00eb njohura t\u00eb politik\u00ebs amerikane, senatorin Carl Levin dhe kongresistin Sander Levin n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb \u201cKoh\u00ebs javore\u201d, e cila asokohe rrezikohej me reduktime drastike. Ata e animuan Departamentin Amerikan t\u00eb Shtetit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb promotor\u00eb t\u00eb afirmimit dhe mbrojtjes s\u00eb \u201cKoh\u00ebs javore\u201d. Ky fakt e alarmoi ambasad\u00ebn dhe konsullat\u00ebn e Malit t\u00eb Zi n\u00eb Uashington dhe Nju Jork, si dhe i shqet\u00ebsoi duksh\u00ebm autoritetet politike t\u00eb Podgoric\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Lobin shqiptar n\u00eb SHBA e p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb kryesisht personalitetet me prejardhje nga trojet shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Ata luajt\u00ebn nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm n\u00eb mbrojtjen e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb rajon, si n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebri, Maqedoni dhe n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs. Prandaj angazhimi i tyre n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e t\u00eb drejtave demokratike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi \u00ebsht\u00eb i mir\u00ebseardhur dhe tejet i nevojsh\u00ebm.
