I preokupuar me vazhdimsin\u00eb e Konferenc\u00ebs, profesor Elezi iu p\u00ebrgjegj me nj\u00eb buz\u00ebqeshje dhe vazhdoi hapin. N\u00eb ato momente, mua n\u00eb retrospektiv\u00eb m\u2019u kujtua biseda q\u00eb n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebri m\u00eb kishte folur babai. N\u00eb koh\u00ebt e arta t\u00eb arsimimit respektivisht studimit, t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre an\u00ebve, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur profesor\u00ebt e universiteteve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij nenqielli v\u00ebshtir\u00eb vlersonin student\u00ebt e tyre me not\u00eb maksimale, ndon\u00ebse rrall\u00eb, megjithat\u00eb ndodhte vlersimi maksimal. Kur n\u00eb gjenerat\u00eb respektivisht n\u00eb gup, ndodheshin disa vlersime t\u00eb tilla, at\u00ebher\u00eb profesori p\u00ebr t\u00eb dalluar m\u00eb t\u00eb mirin, vler\u00ebsimit maksimal ia shtonte nj\u00eb yll. Sa simbolik, aq edhe dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs. Dhjet\u00ebshe vlersimi maksimal p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e studentit ndersa Ylli simmbolizon lart\u00ebsin\u00eb, driten e mbi t\u00eb gjitha shkelqimin.<\/p>\n

E till\u00eb ishte edhe Konferenca e VII shkencore nderkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Ulqin, e organizuar nga Instituti p\u00ebr kerkime shkencore dhe zhvillim Ulqin dhe Komuna e Ulqinit. \u00c7do gj\u00eb ishte e mir\u00eb menduar dhe mir\u00eb organizuar. Si nj\u00eb fryt i nj\u00eb pune tremujore, duket se suksesi \u00ebsht\u00eb evident.<\/p>\n

Tani m\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb tradit\u00eb q\u00eb Konferenca shkencore t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb prag t\u00eb fest\u00ebs s\u00eb Dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit. Tradit\u00eb sepse sivjet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb viti i shtat\u00eb rrallazi q\u00eb konferenca i zhvillon punimet e veta. \u00cbsht\u00eb nder\u00eb p\u00ebr mbar\u00eb opinionin ulqinak q\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin e tyre po i prezantojn\u00eb punimet e veta hulumtuese, autor\u00ebt nga Shqip\u00ebria, Mali i Zi, Kosova, Serbia, Maqedonia, Bosnia e Hercegovina, Bullgaria, Rumunia, Hungaria, Holanda e madje edhe nga SHBA. Larmia e autor\u00ebve t\u00eb ardhur nga shtetet e ndryshme me t\u00eb folme t\u00eb ndryshme, i jep konferences karakter ndekomb\u00ebtar\u00eb. Padyshim se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb shpalosjes e prezentimit t\u00eb vlerave ekonomike e mbi te gjitha turistike t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit.<\/p>\n

Fjal\u00ebn hyr\u00ebse e mbajti nikoqiri, prof. Ass. Dr. Elez Osmani drejtor i Institutit p\u00ebr kerkime shkencore dhe zhvillim Ulqin. Ai <\/span>tha se qellimi i k\u00ebsaj konference \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb hartohen konkluzionet dhe rekomandimet p\u00ebr zhvillimin ekonomik t\u00eb vendit dhe rajonit. Tematika ka per qellim q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb modelin i cili garanton rritje ekonomike, zhvillim t\u00eb qendrush\u00ebm drejt integrimit t\u00eb vendit n\u00eb rajonin ballkanik dhe m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb. Jemi mbledhur k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr nj\u00eb argumetn i cili nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i panjohur prej nesh. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra se si do ta shohim t\u00eb ardhuren e problemeve tona dhe mund\u00ebsite reale t\u00eb ecjes s\u00eb m\u00ebtejme p\u00ebrpara. Takimet e tilla rajonale, jan\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi e mire p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar mbi zhvillimet ekonomike dhe financiare n\u00eb vendet tona. Ato qe drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb kane evidentuar ngjashm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe ndryshimet n\u00eb mes njeri tjetrit, si dhe politikat ekonomike dhe financiare t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e problemeve me t\u00eb cilat ballafaqohemi. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye kam deshir\u00eb q\u00eb kjo konferenc\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebnoj\u00eb bashkpunimin dhe zhvillimin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt ekonomik, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb po bashkarisht\u00eb t\u00eb inkuadrohemi n\u00eb BE dhe NATO, p\u00ebrfundon nikoqiri.<\/p>\n

Ai tha se shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb faktor i paq\u00ebs dhe stabilitietit. Prandaj edhe k\u00ebsaj here do t\u00eb japin nj\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb madh q\u00eb Mali i Zi, sa m\u00eb par\u00eb, t\u00eb antar\u00ebsohet n\u00eb BE dhe NATO.<\/p>\n
