\nProf. dr. Hajrullah Koliqi \u00ebsht\u00eb personalitet i shquar i arsimit dhe i mendimit pedagogjik shqiptar, i lindur n\u00eb fshatin K\u00ebshtenj\u00eb t\u00eb Kraj\u00ebs. Fillimisht punoi si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i Gjuh\u00ebs dhe i let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn fillore t\u00eb Ostrosit . M\u00eb pas doktoroi n\u00eb vitin 1982 n\u00eb Deg\u00ebn e Pedagogjis\u00eb t\u00eb Fakultetit Filozofik t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, ku p\u00ebr vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra sh\u00ebrbeu si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i Historis\u00eb s\u00eb pedagogjis\u00eb dhe i Andragogjis\u00eb. Ai n\u00eb vazhdueshm\u00ebri u mor me k\u00ebrkime, studime e botime t\u00eb thelluara n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit dhe ka nj\u00eb bilanc m\u00eb se 40 vje\u00e7ar veprimtarie t\u00eb gjer\u00eb e t\u00eb sukseshme arsimore, studimore dhe botuese. Pen\u00ebs s\u00eb Hajrullah Koliqit i takojn\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh veprash nga fusha e pedagogjs\u00eb shqiptare dhe bot\u00ebrore. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb autor i nj\u00eb numri t\u00eb madh punimesh shkencore, publicistike, fejtoneve, teksteve etj, t\u00eb publikuara n\u00eb revista e gazeta t\u00eb ndryshme shekncore e kulturore. Z\u00ebri i shkenc\u00ebtarit Hajrullhah Koliqit apo kumtesat e tij jan\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar n\u00eb shum\u00eb forume shkencore komb\u00ebtare. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr profesor Koliqi me vepr\u00ebn e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb ka sh\u00ebrbyer dhe vazhdon t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb me sukses si model dhe pik\u00ebnisje p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkime n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e pedagogjis\u00eb p\u00ebr studiuesit e rinj t\u00eb k\u00ebtij drejtimi . Ai tregoi interesim edhe p\u00ebr historin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn gj\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb edhe monografit\u00eb kushtuar vendlindjes s\u00eb tij Kraj\u00ebs.
\nProf .dr. Hajrullah Koliqi po t\u00eb shprehem me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201c nj\u00eb Rumi pune\u201d, t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb mbi kat\u00ebr dekada. N\u00eb saj t\u00eb saj ai \u00ebsht\u00eb rreshtuar n\u00eb grupin e plejad\u00ebs s\u00eb intelektual\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb vendosi gur\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7muar n\u00eb arsimin komb\u00ebtar. Me mendjen e tij t\u00eb ndritur shkencore u angazhua pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb p\u00ebr ta \u00e7uar p\u00ebrpara arsimin komb\u00ebtar. Mbi dyzet vjet pedagog jan\u00eb nj\u00eb jet\u00eb e t\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb madhe, arsimit komb\u00ebtar. Kontributi i profesorit t\u00eb nderuar \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i madh e shum\u00eb dimensional. Gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb tij t\u00eb deritashme arsimore ve\u00e7mas n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e shkencave pedagogjike, pati nj\u00eb synim, binomin pun\u00eb dhe atdhetariz\u00ebm. K\u00ebto ishin dy shtyllat kurrizore q\u00eb nuk e lan\u00eb t\u00eb gaboj\u00eb kurr\u00eb.
\nFigura e tij n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb , por edhe n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn mbar\u00ebshqiptare jo vet\u00ebm se kujtohet nga ata q\u00eb e njohin, por opusi i tij shkencor lexohet dhe citohet n\u00eb kontinuitet. Doktor Koliqi gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb tij \u00ebsht\u00eb shquar si veprimtar i paepur p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare shqiptare, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, apo n\u00eb vendlindje, n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 se \u00ebsht\u00eb autor i 22 veprave dhe teksteve universitare botimeve nga fusha e historis\u00eb s\u00eb pedagogjis\u00eb, Koliqi \u00ebsht\u00eb autor edhe i disa monografive p\u00ebr Kraj\u00ebn, si \u201cKraja e Shkodr\u00ebs\u201d, \u201cKraja nd\u00ebr mote\u201d, \u201c Kraja jon\u00eb\u201d etj. Po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb autor edhe I rreth 250 punimeve , p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb artikuj, studime, fejtone, v\u00ebshtrime etj, t\u00eb botuar n\u00eb gazeta dhe revista t\u00eb ndryshme.
\nN\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve 70-t\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar, ishte nism\u00ebtari i themelimit t\u00eb Klubit t\u00eb student\u00ebve nga Kraja n\u00eb Universitetin e Prishtin\u00ebs \u201cShqiponja\u201d, edhe ishte kryetari i par\u00eb i k\u00ebsaj organizate studentore. Koliqi asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk e ka harruar vendlindjen. Vazhdimisht ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr simpoziume shkencore n\u00eb Ulqin n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti edhe kontributi i tij studimor \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar lart\u00eb.
\nKontributin e tij dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn e pedagogjis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb popullit dhe vendit t\u00eb tij shqiptar\u00ebt nuk do ta harrojn\u00eb. \u00c7do her\u00eb do ta vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb studiues t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb fush\u00ebs s\u00eb arsimit dhe t\u00eb mendimit pedagogjik , k\u00ebt\u00eb publicist t\u00eb njohur, k\u00ebt\u00eb bashk\u00ebbisedues erudit dhe i pasionuar p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e arsimit ton\u00eb dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb njeri t\u00eb ndritur t\u00eb historis\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb re shqiptare.
