Hatixhe was born in 1965 in Bar. In 1998 she started her work as a news correspondent for \u201cRadio Mir\u201d in Tuzi. Meanwhile she also worked as a news correspondent for a daily newspaper \u201cBota sot\u201d.<br \/>\nSince 2000 Hatixhe works at TV Teuta as a journalist and editor of its informative program.<br \/>\nIn 2002, in Columbia, Missouri, after having completed the training, she gets a certificate in investigative journalism.<br \/>\nInternational union of poets, writers and artists \u201cPegasi\u201d Albania, at the ceremony in Tirana, in 2015, delivered Hatixhe an award for her work. Among other awards in 2015 there was also the one for the most creative Albanians in Montenegro.<br \/>\nIn the same year she was declared a journalist of the year in 2015, as \u201ca modern and very engaged journalist including in her work all generations. With her eye and pen she notes down various personalities, individuals and times, while adding significance to the voice of Albanian people\u201d.<br \/>\nSince 2001 she is an executive manager and director of NGO \u201cSOS telephone for women and children victims of violence\u201d in Ulcinj. She has carried out many projects supported by international and national sponsors. Ro\u0111ena je 1965 godine u Baru. Od 1998 po\u010dinje svoj rad u novinarstvu kao dopisnica za \u201eRadio Mir\u201c u Tuzima. Dugo vremena tako\u0111e dopisnica dnevnih novina \u201eBota Sot\u201c.<br \/>\nOd 2000.godine, radi na Tv Teuti kao novinarka i urednica informativnog programa.<br \/>\nGodine 2002, po zavr\u0161enoj obuci, dobija diplomu za istra\u017eiva\u010dko novinarstvo u Kolumbiji, dr\u017eava Misuri.<br \/>\nMe\u0111unarodno udru\u017eenje pjesnika, pisaca i umjetnika \u201ePegaz\u201c iz Albanije, na ceremoni u Tirani, dodjeljuje joj nagradu \u201ePegaz\u201c, 2015 godine.<br \/>\nMedju ostalim nagradama dodijeljenim 2015.godine je i ona za najkreativnije albanske stvaraoce u Crnoj Gori.<br \/>\nHatid\u017ee Nelaj je tako\u0111e 2015.godine progla\u0161ena novinarkom godine, uz obrazlo\u017eenje da je:\u201cNovinarka i stvaralac modernih tendencija, sa jednom neprestanom aktivno\u0161\u0107u u korist svih generacija. Svojim okom i perom bilje\u017ei doga\u0111aje i \u017eivote raznih osoba, karaktera i vremena, tako \u010dine\u0107i da se \u010duje glas albanskog naroda\u201c.<br \/>\nOd 2001.godine je na \u010delu NVO \u201eSOS telefona za \u017eene i djecu \u017ertve nasilja\u201c, u Ulcinju. Tokom godina svog rada u ovoj organizaciji realizovani su brojni projekti podr\u017eani od strane doma\u0107ih i stranih sponzora.
