Montenegro is building a new five star hotel

By the end of 2014th,  municipiality of Ulcinj will get a new grand hotel edifice of five stars, worth 50 million euros at peninsula Suka.

Preliminary work on a new hotel building could start in the spring, after obtaining the necessary permits. Novak Durutovic, Executive director of “Montenegro Stars” , which will be managed in a new  hotel, said that during the preparation of project documentation and project proposal that will allow it to obtain permission for the preparatory work.

“It is planned that in December, possibly in January, we obtain the necessary permission to start work, which according to the established schedule, may follow in the spring. At the same time, we will work out a capital project, whose finalization is expected in April, so we have all the necessary documentation before the season”, Durutovic told to the Montenegrin media, adding that the rough work on the hotel building could be finished a year and a half since the adoption of a complete planning documents.

“In any case, according to the established schedule, the hotel will be completed by the end of 2014. year, “said Durutovic.

General project is working the architecture agency “Art Project” from Belgrade, which was recently completed on competition won first place for the preliminary design of a new hotel on the site of the former “Adriatic” and won 15,000 euros.

The hotel will have about 150 beds in 114 rooms, counting the one in five residential villas. In the area of 26,000 square meters, tourists will enjoying restaurants, conference halls, swimming pools, casinos, fitness center and all that implies additional contents for a hotel of five stars.
