Representative of “Mos City Group” (MSG) announced submitting bid on the tender: For now, the tender documentation was purchased by Moscow-based MSG which founded the company MSG Montenegro, and the British “Cubus Lux” which hasn’t yet confirmed interest to submit the bid. “Mos City Group” is one of the largest construction companies in Russia which, among other things, invests in tourism.
