Island Ada Bojana near Ulcinj is attracting great attention of investors at the moment. Five companies from America, Dubai, Turkey, Czech Republic and Croatia have expressed interest in the investment. The tender for expressing interest will be opened until May 5, and then the Government will invite to a new one in which offers will be delivered.
Companies that applied are Dolphin Capital Investment USA, IFA Hotels & Resorts Dubai, Gintas from Turkey, Mayfield from Czech Republic and Deep Blue from Croatia. The Government is the owner of the island covering around 500 hectares, and it plans to lease around 100 hectares.
