Zadar-based company Deep Blue applied to the tender for investment in the biggest Montenegrin tourist complex Velika plaza in Ulcinj. Two years ago, this company was one of the four potential buyers for facilities of Velika plaza, at the starting price of EUR 3.7m, but that tender was annulled.Director Milan Kotur believes that this is a bigger chance for a business success since this is a matter of a long standing concession and Deep Blue has applied with its Spanish partners Sol Melia. Construction of a new tourist complex with 6,000 beds is planned in Velika plaza, but without attractive nautical contents.
