U.S. Ambassador to Montenegro Roderick W. Moore hosted a private Iftar dinner in Ulcinj
On September 9, U.S. Ambassador Roderick W. Moore hosted an Iftar dinner in hotel „Dvori Balsica“ in the Old Town section of Ulcinj.  Seventy religious, political, cultural, business, academic, NGO and media representatives from the Muslim community in Montenegro  attended the dinner.
Ambassador Moore underlined that Islam is an integral part of America and reminded guests of the historic speech President Obama delivered in Cairo in June marking a new beginning in the relationship between the U.S. and Muslim world.
The Ambassador also praised the Muslim community in Montenegro for fostering good relations and contributing to building Montenegro’s democratic future.
