The U.S. Embassy in Podgorica, in cooperation with Ulcinj’s Local Tourist Organization and Center for Culture, announces an International Film Week in Ulcinj from December 23 to 26, 2010. The film week wi…ll showcase eight highly acclaimed and internationally awarded movies representing American and European cinematography. The films depict immigrant stories and create a thematic umbrella entitled Strangers in the Strange Country. Special guest of the Film Week will be Film Professor Misa Nedeljkovic from Oklahoma University, currently a Fulbright professor in Montenegro.

Chargé d’Affaires, a.i. Bennett Y. Lowenthal will open the Film Week with local partners on Thursday, December 23 at 1900.
