Montenegro plans to open a new tender for the sale of a 63.53% stake in its tourism and hotel operator Ulcinjska Rivijera on June 20, the tender commission for tourism said on Tuesday.

As part of the tender, the government will award the best bidder a 90-year leasehold on the land on which the Ulcinjska Rivijera hotels and other facilities are built and on land that is allocated for the construction of new hotels, the commission said in a statement on the website of Montenegro’s privatisation council.
