In the framework of the Marubi Project – A cooperative model for tourism promotion between Shkodra and Ulcinj, funded by the European Union, The Office for International Cooperation and Projects – Municipality of Ulcinj, is organizing a 3 day festival named “Marubi End Season Fest”.

The 3 day festival (20.09 – 22.09.2013) consists of a variety rich program – a combination of tradition, legends and the contemporary.

1st day, named “Tradition day”, will host a traditional food and souvenirs fair,(servant’s square) starting at 19:00 h, after which a cultural-artistic program will be held, with Classic-entertaining music, source music, and a folklore play, starting at 20:00 h. (Interior of Museum)

Place of performance: Servant’s Square and the interior of the museum, Old Town.

2nd day, Youth day, the program consists of a Kitesurf performance and deejay play, starting from 12.00 h, the program will last whole day.

Place of performance: Long beach.

3rd day, day of legends, consists of a choreographic interpretation of Ulcinj legends, and also classic songs which will be performed. Place of performance: Valdanos.

As part of the festival, we will include an outdoor exhibition of Marubi heritage photos, and also other photographers.

Place of performance: Walk path near the Small Beach.
