PODGORICA, SKOPJE — Montenegro’s ethnic Albanians should “celebrate Kosovo’s independence at home”.
The comment came form the president of the Democratic Union of Albanians (DUA)in that country, Ferhat Dinoša.
Dinoša told Beta news agency that the announced unilateral decision by Kosovo’s ethnic Albanians to secede from Serbia without Belgrade’s consent will cause “joy and celebration among all Albanians, wherever they live”.

Ulcinj – Kemal Viš?a (47), iz Olova kod Sarajeva, poginuo je ju?e oko 13 ?asova, nakon pada sa gra?evine na Pristanu u Ulcinju.
Direktor Doma zdravlja Gani Karamanaga kazao je “Vijestima” da je nesre?ni ?ovjek dovezen bez znakova života.
Viš?a je u Ulcinju radio kao fizi?ki radnik. Istraga koja je u toku vjerovatno ?e utvrditi sve okolnosti koje su dovele do tragedije.
Pogibija Viš?a drugi je slu?aj stradanja stranih državljana, fizi?kih radnika u Crnoj Gori u posljednjih nekoliko dana.

Podgorica _ Montenegro has called on international investors to help develop high-end tourism along its coastline.
The appeal by the country’s Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Protection calls on investors to help draft a preliminary appraisal for construction projects in the area. Successful companies will then be allowed to manage the new tourist complexes once they are constructed.
Ada Bojana island has been identified as one of several key locations for the development of high-end tourism.

15 February 2008 Podgorica_ Negotiations on visa liberalisation between Montenegro and the European Union will start on February 21, according to Montenegro’s Minister of the Interior, Jusuf Kalamperovic.
